I utilized a coupon to have my door squeaks and rumbles silenced, Your technician, Sean, called to let me know he could be early for his appointment which pleased my schedule and I welcomed him to arrive early. He inspected the problem and advised me that my spring was getting weak, but I declined a replacement spring at this time. He proceeded to change out all my rollers and lubricate all parts of the door which greatly diminished the offensive noises which prompted my call in the first place. Sean was respectful at all times and worked at a remarkable speed. You have a great employee in Sean. I would recommend your company for your services. *****.

I thought that my garage doors were working fine and just needed a little tune up but when Precision did their review and determined what I actually could use it made me glad I called them in now before I had a bad thing happen that would have caused some bigger expense in the future. Sean did know what he was doing and did a very professional job on my doors.

A neighbor recently used Precision for a new garage door and opener. I needed an opener and when the bracket on my old wooden door snapped, I felt that was the time to have some work done. After all the options were explained to me of the repair, I thought it was better to just get a new door and upgrade to a nice, quiet opener. The two technicians who visited my home were very nice and knew what they were doing. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I live abroad and my tenants had an issue with our Garage Door sticking while opening. I have had Precision come out previously and they fixed the issue without any problems. So I advised my tenants to call them again. This time, they came out on a Sunday, to fix what we thought was a serious issue, turns out it was just where we recently repainted and the door was sticking. Their technician instructed our tenants on how to fix this, and got the doors working fine. All at no cost to us. Thanks folks' certainly gives us peace of mind while abroad that we know great workmen who will do exactly what is required, in a timely manner and we know we will not be "ripped-off". I highly recommend Precision for any issues you have with your doors. Both times I have used them they have exceeded our expectations.

My experience with Precision was great. This was probably the 2nd time in my life to ever call a garage door service company. I had no idea who to call until I looked at Precision's Web page and read the great reviews they had received. My mind was made up that this would be the company for me. I learned quickly that Precision was definitely true to the review reputation. After calling them, Mike West, Service Tech, came to replace my broken spring. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about what he was going to do. He presented the plan to me and let me make the decision on which of the two springs, based on the warranty of both, to use. Absolutely No sales pressure. The job was completed quickly and the garage door works perfectly. Mike and Precision are definitely 5 Star.

Garage door spring broke Christmas Night! By 1:00 P.M. the next day, door and spring were repaired! Great job by Mike West, service technician. I was impressed by the ingenuity, workmanship and commitment to an excellent experience exhibited by Guido Valerio of your company. We had a space problem in our garage because of plumbing and an old-style one- piece garage door with levers and springs that is not made anymore. Guido constructed new framing and installed a new garage door that would fit our space and prove much safer than our old one. Because of him, we will recommend Precision to our friends and especially our neighbors who have the old-style doors here.

I wish all service companies operate like this one. They send you an email in advance of your appointment listing the names/pictures of their people so you can see who will be servicing your home. They call 30 minutes before they arrive, are on time (in each previous use of their service too) and did the job perfectly. And, the owner follows up immediately inquiring if you are happy. Like I said, all companies should operate this way.

Two different neighbors used Precision Overhead Garage Door and recommended them due to their service and quality of installation. Iâ??m glad that I took the referral and recommendation. I originally met with Shaun, who provided the quote and various options. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with. Scheduled the install the following day, and they were able to install my new garage door and opener the following week. Installation went great, garage door works well, and opener is very quite. I did upgrade to larger HP opener, steel back door, bearings with rollers, and better quality springs with 7-year warranty. However, even with all the upgrades (approximately $400), the entire door and opener cost about the same as competitors who advisor with coupons in the mail. To me, the selling point was the neighbor referral that referenced service and quality of installation. Very pleased with the overall experience and would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door to anyone who asks.

Best Wishes, Tim 1(888) 708-5665" Here's giving you an opportunity as you have requested to make good before I sound the alarms, loudly, to all parties, including the BBB. As an FYI, I am a former Board member in my community, and a real estate sales person, and I am continually asked for referrals - I'd like to include you but........ The good side is; your technician Mark Mosely is a tremendous asset to your organization; professional, skilled, personable, likeable, efficient and every other good attribute that a service expert should have! That being said, I am aware that corporate sets price structure, and not the service techs! The bad side is; I paid $500 for the identical garage door closure spring conversion service that could have been performed by All Four Seasons Garage Doors (770-971-6405) for $285. You are welcome to confirm that figure with them - I spoke with two different reps that quoted me the same number. This is a huge difference, and is representative of most of an airfare for me to be able to visit my kids. Rather than go with the recommendations of the Ebsco Home Reports Guide on the selection of a vendor, of which All Four is listed, I opted to go with the referral of a neighbor - shame on me! Ergo, I expect to see that $215 differential credited to my account which you have. Would you kindly address ASAP; a bad recommendation is something none of us want! As I did pay my invoice via American Express, I have so advised them that Precision's charge is in contention! I thank you personally for your attention to this matter.
