I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage door services and/or purchase. From the salesperson to the installer both were helpful. They were informative, knowledgeable displayed the highest measure of professionalism. I was not happy with having to buy a new door, but the Precision team made it less painful with their superb customer service.

I had to get one of my garage door lifts fixed. And right from booking the appointment to having someone come over was easy and efficient. Thomas Botts was the technician who came and not only did he explain what the issue was, he also provided options and recommendations. Never did he force what should be done and left the entire decision to me. What I really liked was that he was prepared to address any option and get it resolved right there and then, rather than having another appointment to come and address the issue. Thomas did a terrific job in getting the work done and spent enough time to ensure the job was done well and even provide all the post work information. The price was fair and quality of the work was great! Highly recommend this business and Thomas!

I’m super happy with the services from the company. I called them for a issue with my garage door and they were able to send across an expert next day morning. We had Shaun come over and take a look at issue and he did a complete inspection/ diagnosis in like 15 mins and explained everything there is about garage doors and spring system. We did a torsion rebuild package and the whole thing was completed in an hour or so. They also have pretty good warranty packages. Happy costumer.

Peace of mind has a value all its own. The tech, Mike Monello, assessed the situation, gave me a few suggestions the best way to fix my over 20+ year system and did a rebuild pkg. I can’t say enough positive about this company! They pick up on the first ring and when they tell you how soon they will be there you may fall down! Called at 849 am they arrived before 11 am the same day!!!!!

I bought new doors from Precision a few years back and it was a great decision. Like most I didn’t think anything of the amount of ups and downs these doors go though. I called Precision for a tune up. They showed up on my schedule, on time, and ready to work. The technician brought new life to my doors, walked me through the process, and helped educate me on door maintenance and longevity. I would highly recommend them for your new doors or to tune up your existing ones.

Your technicians installed an operator and springs. Everything went well. However, when I was trying to install the remote app on my phone, I could not complete the process because it appears that it isn’t capable of doing so even though the controller at the inside said I could do so. I would like this feature since it appears I paid for it. Otherwise the technicians were polite, professional and completed the service in a timely manner

Andres Garcia was able to fix a broken torsion spring within 24 hrs of my phone call. It was one of the best experiences as a customer I've had. Andre's was great about explaining what needed to be fixed and presenting several repair options for a variable budget. My wife and I were equally impressed with how thoroughly he explained things after the fix was done and what additional steps we could take to ensure our doors last a long time.
