Your employees were very courteous and customer centric, which stood out during my interactions with both Juan (the initial technician) and Victor who came back to fix my issue a day later. Both Juan and Victor were very personable and professional gentlemen. After Juan visited to resolve my garage door issue yesterday, there was a lot of vibration coming from the motor after he left so I contacted him the following day to come back and take a second look at it. His response was great and another tech (Victor) who was in the area came back just a few hours later. Victor was equally great. However, what really stood out during both interactions is how hungry both techs were to try to get the upsell. While your company may think that’s great to hear, it could be a turn off to customers. I understand that there is value to an upsell, but it seems that your techs in this instance were programmed to push for the purchase of a new motor - even though my current motor was functioning just fine prior to my service call. As it turned out, a piece of rubber had gotten stuck in the gears of the motor during installation of the new belt that I had just paid for. Look, I’m okay with an upsell, but if I did not push back a bit, I could have easily been on the hook. Thanks for listening!

I found Precision online. When I called and spoke to a nice lady…she listened to my situation, explained the company policy and gave me a time for the service. It was not the best of time for me but I took it and said if the service man could come any sooner to please call me. And Jack the service man did call me, earlier. He was very nice, explained everything and he did a great job. Due to a small logistical problem he had to return the next morning and he did and finished the job. Although it has been a decade, I had previously used Precision & been pleased so I called them to assist with a programmable remote at my new home. They arrived within 2 hours!! Not only did they get my remote functioning properly but also need a preventive maintenance replacement of springs. Very professional and timely response.

Technician was highly knowledgable, very professional and explained thoroughly what the issues were with our garage door system (broken springs, crumbling cable, old rollers plus an aging opener) and what our options were to address them. Everything that was needed to refresh our system was on his truck. The new parts were installed quickly and door opening and closing is now whisper-quiet! This is one less worry for us to have for many years to come!
