Our Main garage door spring broke. The former repair company I had used was out of business, so I called a friend who gave me a strong referral to Precision. I called on Tuesday AM and they were sending Brandon out by end of day. Brandon called me late in the day to let me know he had a job in Griffin that was running late and would be there no matter what which would be more like 9pm. I told him to finish what he is doing and go home and see his wife. Brandon was awesome, and we rescheduled for today. He was willing to drive all the way to N. Alpharetta no matter what the time to help us out. You just don't see that commitment these days! Brandon showed up early today, he reviewed the problem, gave me options and had it repaired quickly for a fair price. Their sticker is now on my wall under the openers so we know who to call next time! Thanks Brandon & Precision for your awesome service!

I wanted to express my appreciation for the manner in which my garage door opener was replaced today. First all kudos to the office staff in par- ticular Karen, Kacie, Jason and Lauren. These staffers were very profes- sional and show concern. The pricing and discounts given me rival the competitors mid grade product hands down. Double kudos to the technician Glen Cure, he was in touch prior arrival. Upon arrival I was greeted with respect and kind words. Glen was very knowledgeable about the product and installation process. He was very respectable of my home, cleaning up after job completed. Glen was very careful in explaining the use of the newly installed opener, button, eyes, and key pad. In addition, checked the other door and opener as well as. I had someone visiting who also had garage door issue which I recom- mended Precision. This review is a reflection of those at the top of Precision Atlanta...

Rocky was very helpful in offering us choices for fixing our broken opener. In the end, we opted for replacing with an upgraded, much quieter model. Rocky then proceeded to install the new equipment in less than 30 minutes. We were very pleased with the timely and professional service.

Our Garage door operator has constant mind of it's own. Sometimes it would open the door and at other times it chose not to. So we called precision because they showed up on the internet. Shawn came out and diagnosed that our 15yr old door opener was burnt out but and could only open the door when it could. So we had him install a new Ez Lift opener...WOW it's amazing....didn't realize how much we needed a new one. Shawn figured it all out for us and taught us how to use the new tech opener. He was very helpful and we really enjoyed working with him. Thank You Precision.

Glen provided a major service for us (opener, rollers, keypad, and maintenance) and was a top notch professional. If all the employees are like Glen, the owner(s) knows how to run a business. I've owned several myself and it's clear they put customer satisfaction at the top. Glen went the extra mile and also re-programmed both openers in my vehicles at no charge. I cannot recommend Precision Door any higher. Use them!

Precision did an impressively polished and professional job. The technician, Glenn, knew his business and was also quite friendly. We discussed a few options, including repair of the old units as well as some options for replacement, and Glenn's presentation of the pros and cons matched my own thoughts. While he of course offered the opportunity to have various replacements and upgrades, he was willing to do whichever work I wanted, high or low end. I was happy with the choices I made. And Glenn did the work quite well, including the little touches like fine adjustment of the door position or neatly wrapping power cords to stow them. You might get the work done a bit cheaper, but you can't get it done better.

After two separate visits for two separate problems, both Shauns are exceptional as to knowledge, work and courtesy. This was a first visit for Michael and he also fits this category. Sean and Michael were very efficient and thorough with my repair. They installed a new garage door opener and springs for the garage door in about one hour. The garage was left clean and all boxes and old equipment was disposed. Sean also discussed the app to remotely open and close the door from anywhere. Sean also gave me a discounted price on the springs since I also purchased a garage door opener.

Sean Scheiern was a true professional from the meet and greet until he finished cleaning up after the job.
