I was super happy with my entire experience with Precision Door. Joshua was prompt, super polite, genuine, and knowledgeable. I felt completely safe and I am 100% satisfied with the work completed. Submitted an online inquiry Re: broken garage door spring on Sun Feb 3 (Super Bowl) expecting to hear back from them on Monday Feb 4th. To my great surprise the owner (Tim) called me back approximately 1 1/2- 2 hours later that same day, and set things up for the next day. Thank you Tim for your courtesy. In this day of little or NO customer service, it was refreshing to receive such great service! The service provided by Chasen was awesome. On time, very professional, knowledgeable, patient & showed genuine concern. He represented your company very well and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend PRECISION.

Ed was awesome! He was really knowledgeable and was able to fix my issue the same day (even though it was a pretty big job). The quality of the work he did is second to none, and he even took the time to offer to help program the garage door opener on my car. I called several garage door companies to come and provide a quote for a new door, all of which never showed or called. My last call was to Precision. Jason the sales consultant showed up on time, measured and provided samples and options for me to choose from. He explained the products, services and installation steps and was extremely knowledgeable and passionate. Once my installer came and began work I knew he was going to have a hard time due to the low clearance, but he worked diligently and professionally and overcame some challenges others would have walked away from. He clearly had the customer experience in mind and never gave up. Thank you Precision from consulting to install you guys were Fantastic! My door looks and functions great and I highly recommend your services and products!

On 12-26-18 my garage door broke. On 12-27-18 at 6am I began searching on line for a garage door repair service and Precision was the first to pop up with good rating and qualified sponsors. There were no hassling sale pitch, just an appointment for service. The Service Technician, Chasen Pike came with a friendly smile and evaluated my repair. My wife called Precision on yesterday to make an appointment for garage door repairs. Mr. Chasen Pike came today and did an outstanding job on replacing a new motor, remote wall button, etc. He found things that we were not aware of that needed replacing. He was very knowledgeable in explaining everything we needed to know. We rate him 5 stars in meeting our expectations. I've used other local garage repair firms and will no longer move around; I will stay with Precision! Ryan, my technician arrived on time giving me a 30 minute "warning" for his arrival. My garage door opener stopped working and I had a feeling that I would need a new opener due to the age of the old one as well speculating the "mother board" burnt out. Unfortunately I was correct and Ryan discussed all the options with no sales pitch or pressure. He showed me step by step the process with clear explanations. I've now had this new opener for 2 weeks and very happy with it. Thanks again Ryan for a great job.

My garage broke on my way to work and I needed it repaired immediately as the door would not go down completely leaving my home vulnerable. Precision was able to get a technician out to me within a couple of hours. Joshua was thorough and did an excellent job describing various options to meet my repair needs.
