Without hesitation, Shaun was professional, knowledgeable and courteous in handling our various garage door and opener issues. He was prompt (actually calling ahead letting me know he could meet earlier), quickly diagnosed the problem and walked me through all the relevant options to repair/buy before purchase - Needed springs, opener, keypad. I spent $2100 with your company two days ago. More specifically, I spent $1200 on two Liftmaster 8550s with installation in my garage ($600 each). I also spent an additional $900 on various fixes that I was told that I needed in my garage. I found the exact same Liftmaster 8550 service with installation for $384 each. I was told that your price was the best around town. I am requesting your price match guarantee as you have advertised on your website. I feel like I have been completely taken advantage of because I was overcharged $416 between the two garage door openers. Now, that I found that huge price discrepancy, I’m also wondering if I actually needed those additional $900 in fixes or if I was taken advantage of in that regard also. I am so upset about this situation. Please contact me as soon as possible.

I am sorry for the delay in responding to you. Please accept my apologizes. Your invoice clearly states that you were charged $550 per operator, not $600. We emailed you a copy of the invoice. Our price match we offer on the website is for a written quotation from a competitor for like product, and presented at time of service. What you provided after the work was completed was first an Amazon coupon for only part of the opener in question. (it did not include a rail or a battery), and then a coupon for a discount off of a price. When we called the company on the coupon, we were told the best price they offered for this product with the coupon is $525. After pushing them, we did get them down to $500 each. Again, this is for a promotion they are currently running. As a measure of good faith, we have refunded your card today and matched the $500 price AFTER THE FACT. We strive to give total customer satisfaction when possible, based on fairness and equity, which we believe is demonstrated by over 5000 reviews across many different review platforms.with a 4.8 star average It is my opinion we do deserve a one star review for not getting back to you in a timely fashion which I assure you has been dealt with internally, but certainly not for our pricing or the technicians service.

I purchased two new garage doors an two new openers. I have been impressed with the caliber of personnel that I have spoken with through the entire process. My initial contract was easy with no games of back and forth. The office personnel kept me informed of changes in schedule. My installer, Marcus, was courteous, professional and was obviously prepared to perform his job with "precision". He left my premises completely clean and neat and explained the operation of my new system. I am truly pleased and satisfied that I chose your company and you should be proud of the professional and friendly people that I encountered. I would chose you again! You are a 5! Thank you.

I've used Precision several times in the past for various garage door tune-ups and repair and was always pleased with their service, so I called them again when my garage ceiling drooped and stopped the garage door from opening. Since I couldn't get my car out of the garage, I was thrilled that Precision could work me into the schedule the same day! Al was terrific! He quickly figured out how to remove the problem section of the ceiling and checked that no other ceiling sections were a problem. He also made sure the garage door opener was tuned up and working smoothly. While he was there, I also purchased an additional garage door opener from Al. I've already set up for my handyman to correct the ceiling, but it was Al that saved the day!! Thanks, Al and Precision!

The website convinced me to call (24/7 service and weekend appointments; truck's preparedness with necessary parts, etc.). My door broke late on a Friday night and I was able to get it repaired by noon the next day. What a relief! The technician worked with my schedule and was efficient and professional. I had a guy name Ryan come out and repair my door. He was good. He repaired the broken coil, didn't like the result, and put in another coil that did a better job. I'd recommend him. Honest. The sales agent, however, gave me a price of $88 - $180 per coil, he should have been more forthcoming and said that $180 is actually the minimum, b/c the others didn't work for my garage. Details. But overall, pretty happy. Good job.

I am so impressed with the Customer Service I received this morning. Fortunately, my garage door opened this morning allowing me to back out onto the driveway as I prepared to go to work Upon hitting the car remote to close the garage door, I hear a bang and nothing moved the door. I called my former garage door company and they couldn't see me until later in the week. I had to get to work. I remembered seeing your heartfelt TV commercials and called. The receptionist was so pleasant and caring saying she thought she could have technician Roy Amerine at my home between 10-12. Eureka! Roy Amerine called me at 11 saying he was on his way. Roy was a delight to meet and understood immediately what needed to be done. My motor had died. He had one on the truck and proceeded to make all things right. You now have a loyal customer and I have been telling all my co-workers about what good service I received. Thanks you, thank you, thank you.

Definitely another 5-star rating for this company! Today was the second time during our ownership of this home that we turned to Precision Door Service. Because of the excellent repairs, thoroughness, communication skills and friendliness of the technician at our earlier visit, we again turned to them this week when what turned out to be a minor issue (but a major headache just a few days from closing on selling our house!) needed to be resolved. Today, Joe M. was our technician and the experience was again exceptional. One more thing off of the burgeoning moving check list with timely, friendly service. I got a email from Tim the owner to let him know if I was not satisfied. I had questions and I emailed him back but that account is set up for no-reply. The email bounced. So I had no way to contact. I tried to contact him before I wrote this. Got 2 springs replaced and on each door. The springs installed are different sizes/specs on the same door. My research indicates that the springs should be the same size and specifications for longevity on the same door (my original springs were same size and specs). This makes sense. Other garage door companies informed me so also. I paid a lot of money for upgraded springs (salesman advice) and even though they may last out the warranty period they may break before the 12 year mark my last springs worked. The technician was polite but was a sales man never the less. He quoted me a 30$ price on a washer that is Free when you buy springs on the internet or from other companies or 3$ MAX. Since I paid for labour. The parts shouldn't have been overpriced. Thats double dipping to me. Because I got my other doors functioning door springs replaced the 2 washers were not charged for but I was made to feel that they're giving away some thing of great value when in REALITY it had little or NO value. I did not appreciate that at all. I only got this company in an emergency because a friend recommended it. I do feel that garage door companies charge a lot for service. I recommend that customers call around and price the parts and labor. Replacing springs should not be that expensive. The salesman should not try to sell you the most expensive item. Customers are usually trusting the professionals and the professionls have a responsibility to be honest and save customers money. The doors are working fine but the unmatched springs on each door according to other garage door companies will potentially be problem in the future. This bother me a lot. After the work was done I investigated this matter. I felt some thing was wrong. My original springs were the same size and specs for a reason. Everyone was polite who I talked to and came on time. I can give a 5 for that. Cost 1 (honestly). The work took about 60 minutes.
