Brandon was great. Came on time. Immediately installed a new opener and spring system. Was friendly and helpful. However, I think Precision's pricing could be more competitive - so minus 1 star for not having the best pricing.

The technician Chase Dasilva is an absolute pro at his job. He showed up was super friendly and talkative. He checked all issues with the door and gave me my options. He went above any beyond by checking every single screw on the garage door and lubricating all required parts. He works so fluently, as each step is calculated and precise. This man deserves a raise immediately!

Precision previously repaired broken springs for us and provided amazing service for both sets of doors that were overdue in receiving preventive maintenance. When we recently encountered some issues with our door design and installation (from when the house was built) Precision came and expertly saved the day. It was all under warranty and the service was exceptional.

I met with a number of different companies regarding installation of a beautiful glass panel anodized aluminum garage door. I found the staff at Precision to be responsive and very easy to work with. Our 13 year old opener was having issues. I called in the morning and the technician came early afternoon. He evaluated the issue and recommended choices. We ended up getting a new motor unit and replacing parts on the door. He did an excellent job and was very courteous. Hopefully we won't need to call back for a while but if something comes up we'll call again

I came home on a Friday night to a garage door that would not close. I contacted Precision that night almost 12. The tech came on Sunday morning as scheduled. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I will use you all soon for my garage motor installation. Thank you!

Garage door was working fine but I thought we should get a service/tune up since home was purchased a month earlier.The door did need to have both springs adjusted with 3 quarter turns each to better balance door.Technician did this and inspected and lubricated rollers and hinges.Unfortunately the same day later in the day the door would not open via the outdoor controller.I called first thing the following day but office said first available appointment was not til the next day.I attempted to adjust limiter according to service managers recommendation hoping to remedy a problem that was not previously occurring(the trolley was running too far down the track causing track to arch after door closed) the motor would hum for 1-3 seconds and then shut off.The door had to be disengaged to take pressure off track.I apparently managed to burn up the limiter circuit board and as a result had to spend $582 for new opener.My only complaint is that I paid for a service call initially and also was told their were no specials but see a $50 coupon online

This is the second time since owning our home that we've used Precision Door Service; the first time was a routine "tuneup" after buying an 8-year-old house. They were chosen through Angie's List and we were so pleased that when it was time recently for more-extensive maintenance, they were the only one I called. They came the same day, I was kept well-notified of time (and technician) of arrival, and he was pleasant, competent and the door has never worked better. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I spent a long time searching for both a product and a dealer to replace our garage door hardware and our very noisy and rattling 23 year old Genie BlueMax chain-driven garage door openers with the best of today's technology. We settled on Precision because of their excellent customer reviews and because they carry the highly regarded Liftmaster(R) line, a division of the Chamberlain group. Within just a few hours of calling Precision, James was driving his Precision truck into our driveway, discussed the options, offered us several significant discounts, and less than four hours later, had completely replaced and upgraded our garage door hardware (we did get to keep the doors themselves which were in very good condition). He installed two top of the line Liftmaster 8550W garage door openers. We chose this model for its excellent internet capabilities (MyQ), the battery backup included, and because we wanted a whisper-quiet belt driven system. MyQ will work with Android or iOS and for iOS includes an Apple Watch App. It was a breeze to set up the app and it is very simple to use. Even though our Audis are older 2008 and 2010 models, I was able to sync their Homelink units with the rolling code Liftmaster units. We were also able to sync our two CLICKER KLIK1U universal remotes without difficulty to the Liftmasters. This is a very popular universal remote, readily available in hardware stores, and made by Chamberlain, so they are compatible with Liftmaster as well as many other common brands. James was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable, and did a masterful job installing the new equipment. This was a true 5-star experience and we could not be more pleased. It happened so fast I can hardly believe it is all done. We highly recommend this company and this product line.
