I had my door tuned up and repaired by a wonderful technican. His name is Chase. He came and accessed my rattle trap door that I feared would require replacing and reworked it to be a smooth operational door that no longer wakes everyone up when I leave in the morning at 6am. He is excellent as a technician but also an excellent representative of the company. He gave me many ideas for future improvements. Thanks Chase!

Hello Tim.. Your company's service is top notch! I just scheduled service for my garage door two days ago and the repair was done by 1000am this morning. My technicians Ed and Brandon were fantastic. Kevin replaced old garage door opener and upgraded old rollers. Garage door opener is whisper quite. Added bonus of having upgraded remote technology. Wifi, App for remote opening, etc. Precision responded to my call the same day. I've owned a home services company in the past and can appreciate their response from phone call to completed install.

Emily answered the phone and quickly scheduled a service appointment for a few hours later. Alan showed up 10 minutes early, and went through all of my options. We ended up purchasing a new garage door opener, and he installed it quickly and professionally. I printed an online coupon, and he even gave a suggestion for a quick online search to upgrade my new system if I wanted. All in all, great customer service and knowledgeable technician.

You are a. bit over priced. 222.00 fo less than 45 minutes a new spring 2 pulleys and labor is a bit much. Your technician was very polite and experienced. If you didn't charge so much I would call you again. Clyde Roberts

You learn from this company that the function and repair of garage doors and openers are a science, which makes you glad you called them, because the technicians are thoroughly trained in all aspects, including in safety and security when you might not realize you need it. Ryan was able to cover every issue of many I was having with my 2 doors - one door off track and the other not staying open below the top of the garage, one remote control not working properly and the other not working at all, safety stop mechanism unaligned and in need of replacement, no keys for the key locks, and both doors in need of lubrication. The price was reasonable considering the amount of work and the parts I needed.

I called Precision in the morning and they had someone come out early that afternoon. The repairman called prior to arrival and showed up right on time. He diagnosed the problem and offered me a few solutions in different price points. Once we agreed on a course of action, he was quick and courteous. Alan Harp, the Precision Door technician, called to say that he was on his way and provided an estimate of how long it would take him to arrive. That is soooo helpful when it's a morning appointment (as mine was) and the customer is NOT a morning person! Not only did Alan Harp quickly diagnose the cause of the malfunction and perform the necessary repairs, but he also gave advice on proper maintenance of the system and revealed features about the system I didn't even know it had! Before any work was done, he laid out the price -- and I was relieved. As for his manner, he was exceedingly courteous, pleasant and professional.

The door looks fantastic and it's so quiet you barely know it's moving. Our old door was so loud you could hear it throughout the house. The best upgrade we've made to the house yet.
