Your tech Dave did a great job showing me problems with the door mechanism what jeopardy and over what period of time problem could/would present themselves, what choices you offered, the prices and warrant available. Finally, he did all the repairs and adjustments quickly, and efficiently. Dave is a good one!!

Had an emergency of my door getting stuck and off the track. Called and was able to get a same day appt. Technician showed up early and did a thorough inspection and explained everything clearly. Dustin was able to complete all repairs in about an hour and everything is as good as new. Will definitely keep you guys on my phone for any future issues. If you are having trouble with your garage door, definitely give Precision Door Services a call.

We had garage doors installed and had a great experience from the estimate with Jason Davis which was an absolute gentleman who explained everything in detail and answered all our questions and concerns. As well as took my crazy phone calls. Then when the day came for install Jeff came on his on and did a fabulous job!! Cleaned everything up, explained all the details of the opener as well as helping with setting everything up! We were treated with respect and dignity though out the whole process. I am in the service business and know how important it is to have good customer service and these guys are genuine. It’s very hard to find that out there in the service world! You guys were awesome!! Thank you!

The technician was excellent .He arrived on time and replaced the springs,drums,cables and middle rod. The garage door works great now. The problem is the service was done on Monday(3/18/19) and still no receipt that was promised with the warranty. I called on Tuesday and they said it would go to billing and would be send right out. Today is Thursday(3/21/19) and no emailed receipt or warranty. I'm disappointed to receive 2 star customer service.

worst company I had ever deal with they gave me a quote for my garage door spring .when the tech showed up for service he double the price.I'm so I had to so much for something I Could of fix. The serviceman spent 30 minutes and I HAD TO PAY $479.36 FOR THAT.I felt like I got rob

Mrs and Mr Thermidor called our company to repair a spring which was broken in their garage. Our call center quoted them a specific price which was also the price quoted by our technician. Because of the age of the door and lack of preventative maintenance, there were also bearings that needed to be replaced and a tune up was suggested. All options were presented to Mrs and Mr Thermidor including the lesser charge to replace just the spring and bearings and tune up. Mrs Thermidor chose the lesser charge and authorized the work against her husband's wishes. We performed the work as she requested and Mr Thermidor filed a complaint 2 days later that the cost was more than he wanted to pay. In an effort to maintain our impeccable reputation and to please our customer, we offered a substantial refund which Mr Thermidor accepted. We always present our customer's with options depending on their needs and budget and would never complete any work without prior authorization. This was obviously a disagreement between a husband and wife that we were put in the middle of after the fact.

With a broken spring on a garage door installed in 1989 with a history of one spring previously repair and a minor repair to the electrical unit the decision would be to repair or replace. My son recommended PRECISION when he needed a repair and was 100% pleased with the company. Being a skeptic, I listened and called this company for a quote on a new door to follow up with a quote for repair. The salesman arrived on time and was pleasant and we talked about the options. He was professional and kind and knew his product. He not once tried to pressure my husband and I into a sale. When we were quoted the price of a new door and discussed the old door we decided to go with a new door. Common sense says that the door had given great service but this could be the beginning of repairs. The salesman wrote the quote and we went with the upgraded Carriage Style door. He seemed a little surprised we were so ready to decide and order and pay the deposit. I had read the reviews and with the confidence and professionalism of the sales rep we felt we could proceed with certainty this company would stand behind its product. The door was ordered and contact was made at the appropriate times to schedule installation and again when the product was ready for installation. The good review from us continues with the installer. The day he came, it was freezing cold that morning due to a sudden cold snap...We encountered a problem...Our garage was hollow blocks and not solid and would need 2x6's to frame around the opening to properly install the door. He promptly went and purchased the material and continued to install the door. He advised us there would be no additional charge for this extra material. The installer's demeanor was as kind and professional as the salesman and the ladies in the office who called to advise of the status of the product delivery. We desire to pay for the additional expense as this is just fair business as a customer to a good company. Should we know of a need for an installation or repair we will definitely recommend PRECISION. Our garage door is a beautiful asset our garage was missing. And they remove and carry away the old door. When the installer started cleaning the door I was taken aback but when he offered to paint the small area where the new trim did not cover...that was beyond the call of duty. Is there any reason not to give 5 stars to a company like this? We are pleased...very pleased!
