I just had cables, drums, and wheels replaced. I originally had them replaced April 24, 2013 which was 4 months passed the 5 year warranty on those parts. I will take careful notice before the next 5 year expires. I am very pleased with the work Billy Peterson performed. I will highly recommend him for any overhead door repair or installation. I have recently recommended Precision Door to 2 of my neighbors. Again, thanks for the professionalism of your company.....................Jim

David arrived on time to repair my garage doors that another company failed to fix. He inspected the problem, found the solution and provided a quote for the repair. I paid the deposit for the work to be done thinking the repair would happen in a few weeks. I was pleasantly surprised when David called a few hours later saying that he had the parts and could complete the project the SAME DAY!!! He arrived at my home and repaired the doors. He double checked all parts of the doors to ensure everything was working properly. He went above and beyond he job he quoted me for. I was very impressed with his professionalism and attention to details. I am thrilled to have fully repaired garage doors!!! I also love the technology that Precsion utilizes. Sending pictures of the technicians prior to the job and simple iPad invoicing makes this a company that I will definitely refer to friends and use again if needed. Thanks Precsion!!!

Very good service. Totally satisfied. I'm a little unclear about the cost. Had springs, Motor and sinceres replaced($864). had coupon for buy one spring get second one 50% off. Also didn't get veteran discount. This isn't a complaint, just want to understand payment. Thanks

I called and after a short time on hold I got an appointment the same day. Turns out, 15 minutes later a tech, Sean, showed up. The spring broke and he replaced it and was out of there in less than an hour. He educated me about the maintenance of a garage door as well. Great experience!

Had to have broken spring replaced on one of two garage doors. Precision Technician Shawn arrived on time and identified several issues with each door after a full inspection. Ended up replacing springs on both doors and rollers on one of them. I can't say enough about the expertise and professionalism of Shawn. He did a great job and exceeded my expectations. I really like this company and would highly recommend it to anyone needing help with any kind of garage door problem.

We were so glad to have David Sweeney service our 34 year old garage door. David was thorough, knowledgeable and very professional. He replaced a broken spring, added a new one, rollers and some additional parts that had worn out and had everything he needed on his truck to make the repairs on the same day. He didn't mind the "audience" (my 2 daughters and me) observing the repairs and he answered all our various questions. He "tweaked" our door opener, so it would close better and advised us on how to maintain the other door. We thoroughly enjoyed his visit and highly recommend Precision!
