I was very pleased overall. The appointment was easy to make and the technician contacted me on the day of service to let me know when he was on the way. He arrived on time and was very professional. He worked on two doors and performed basic maintenance. He also installed a set of rollers. The door operates much more quietly and is much smoother. Very good experience.

Less than an hour and I already got phone call from Brandon stating he's 15 minutes away. Brandon was professional and courteous. Educated us before any work started. An hour or so later the problem was completed.. professionally. New garage spring/ complete unit installed.
