Unbelievable service! Called about repairs as one torsion spring broke and couldn't get door open (it's an old 18' door) Within 5 minutes Sean called me and said he'd be here between 45 minutes to an hour. He was here in 40. Looked at situation, reviewed his recomendations and pricing, and went right to work. Job completed beyond expectations, and he even did a few extra courtesy things for prevention maintenance. Kudos to Sean and to Precision. Call them first, you won't be sorry.

I have used Precision in Texas and was very pleased . the tech Shaun called ahead and ask if he could come early of course he was here with in an hour and addressed all of my concerns about my garage door. and did a tune up on every thing.Shaun had a very super attitude.
