Unfortunately the door and opener are two entirely different parts of the door system. Many times even after a repair on a door, the noise was nothing to do with the problem like a broken spring, but rather the noise of a non lubricated door and opener rail. We are not happy with the lack of detail in our charges on our invoice, nor with the price we were charged. We feel we were taken advantage of regarding price of job.
