You guys are amazing. Chris was bang on time and he completed the repair to our fullest satisfaction. Seldom have i experienced such great Customer service. He was very respectful, listened to us, answered all our questions and guided us in terms of what to do to maintain the door. Good customer service is all about making the customer feel important and Chris did it very well. Congratulations to you guys and keep up the good work! Extremely professional. Lynn took my call at 9 pm and scheduled David for 8 the next morning. Company sent me an e-mail confirming and included photos of my technician which I think is a great idea. David called 30 minutes before to confirm and arrived on time. He was polite and professional, answered our questions well and showed us other potential problems. We are extremely pleased. Only slight negative was website saying Lifetime guarantee on springs which really means 5 years. Otherwise near perfect.
