I am extremely happy with my experience with Precision. Customer service was very responsive in getting a technician out to my house within a few hours, considering that my car was trapped in my garage with a broken garage door spring. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me many options for the repair, and once the decision was made, he had the work completed within an hour. I also felt that the cost of the service was reasonable after doing some research on the type of repair that was done. I would definitely recommend Precision!!

Technician was early but gave prompt notice prior to arrival. Did a very good job reviewing what work needed to be done and gave several options for me to choose from with good explanation of what each included. George was the technician and installed a garage door handle on a one year old new door. In my opinion the handle omission was an oversight when the door was installed even tho' it was declared it was not a necessity and not included. I happened to be partially handicapped. Try closing or opening a double door (in my case when the power was off) with one arm and the aid of a cane. In addition, George lubricated the workings and recalibrated the opener/motor. Two thumbs up for a conscientious tech. I still rate Precision with 5 stars and advise the company to offer a handle upon installation if necessity is warranted.
