Precision Door honored my warranty on my Liftmaster and replaced it at no charge in about 20 mins + reprogrammed the door opener & 2 remotes. Classy & excellent service rep, Glen. Outstanding firm!

Glen came out to do maintenance and service on our two garage door openers. He was able to fix the noise we were worried about and gave us a price on replacing one panel that's too big - much lower price than what we'd been quoted previously! So we're planning on getting that done soon. We were impressed with the level of considerate and professional service provided and hope we get to see Glen next time, again!

Precision Door accommodated me by repairing my broken garage door within 24 hours and had all of the necessary damaged parts on their truck which is a first! The technician phoned me when he was on route to my home and did the repair within an hour and a half. The entire inside of my door needed work from top to bottom. He gave me options re product costs for replacements and I was comfortable with the presentation. I also thought the office receptionist was very professional along with my technician and am going to encourage my neighbors to use this company.

I am extremely happy with my experience with Precision. Customer service was very responsive in getting a technician out to my house within a few hours, considering that my car was trapped in my garage with a broken garage door spring. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me many options for the repair, and once the decision was made, he had the work completed within an hour. I also felt that the cost of the service was reasonable after doing some research on the type of repair that was done. I would definitely recommend Precision!!

George was the technician and installed a garage door handle on a one year old new door. In my opinion the handle omission was an oversight when the door was installed even tho' it was declared it was not a necessity and not included. I happened to be partially handicapped. Try closing or opening a double door (in my case when the power was off) with one arm and the aid of a cane. In addition, George lubricated the workings and recalibrated the opener/motor. Two thumbs up for a conscientious tech. I still rate Precision with 5 stars and advise the company to offer a handle upon installation if necessity is warranted.
