I was absolutely delighted with the service. I called at noon, by 1:30 the technician had arrived and assessed the problem and by 3:30 my door was fixed. In addition to replacing the overhead spring and rollers, he also serviced and adjusted the motor and tracks. Door goes up and down almost silently and with no effort. Very polite and professional technician.

I had a service call from Davin Smith and I couldn't be happier with his knowledge & professionalism. Unfortunately my garage door is beyond repair (cost prohibitive). I ordered a new door from Davin and I am requesting he be the one to do the installation. He is familiar with me and my circumstance and the obstacles surrounding a new installation. My has a 1970 Mustang that cannot be moved at this time. He called Kevin Shelton for assistance to help secure my old door and I appreciate his concern for my husband's car. Please send Davin when my new door arrives, my husband is disabled so going up our front stairs for a period of time will be a hardship so as soon as we can get the new garage door. I would really appreciate it. I have a repoir with Davin and now Kevin and would really appreciate them being sent to do my installation. According to Davin the installation is a (2) man job because of the car that cannot be move. Thank you so much.

When my garage door opener needed to be replaced I called Precision because I knew they would do the job right. Ron is the service technician that came out and he was very knowledgeable and professional. When it was done and the new opener wouldn't connect with my car's home link right away Ron went the extra mile to make sure it got working. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door!
