I had my garage doors and new opener installed today. I am very pleased with the service that I was given and in how knowledgeable the professional was that installed them. The installer had to come out three times b/c of not having the right parts. He could have said nothing and installed parts he had that were similar or "close enough", but he did not. Precision door was able to make a timely appointment on Saturday afternoon. Al, the technician, was on time. He quickly sized up the problem and explained in detail what needed to be done. He gave me a rough estimate of cost. He completed the job sooner than I would have expected. He then came in and explained the repair work and went over the invoice. I was thrilled with the service and give them 5 stars!

Precision was extremely professional from start to finish. I never met Sean, the technician, directly as I was at work but my daughter was there to facilitate. We chatted on the phone, he gave me a detail quote (wow I said, all that) and after I gave the go ahead, he completed the job in a timely manner. During the process, he called me with an update, called again to advise he was completed and my daughter was totally satisfied and both said I am going to be happy. We completed the settlement efficiently over the phone and my invoice was emailed to me shortly thereafter. Great Job Precision as now I have both garage doors (replaced springs, rollers, plates, bars and remotes,etc.) opening and closing via remote, which has not happened in years. Thank you.

Problems don't always mean a bad contractor. In our case we had two new doors installed. Precision was recommended by a neighbor. They came out and gave a solid quote and seemed legit and we were ready to get the job done. They had a special on motors which made it an even better deal so we scheduled the job. Before they came out to install the door we received an additional promotion in the mail. I didn't think they would apply it to our contract but they honored the coupon and our deal was even sweeter. So we get the doors installed and they worked and looked great. I did have some concerns about some trim work and they sent out a tech to fix it right away no questions asked and a great attitude about it. Then the real challenge arose. About a month later one of our doors began to not operate correctly and would not stay closed and would begin to cycle again. It would take several attempts to get it to close. We called Precision and right away they sent someone out to fix it. That fix wasn't what was needed so they right way replaced the motor--we are very satisfied. Great service and great people.

5ervice was scheduled between 8-12:00 noon today. No call from you and I called office at 11:45am. They said the technician would call. He did and said the office had me scheduled from 10-2:00pm. I wasted the entire morning waiting for your service. Sean was the technician and once he got here he did an excellent job.

I am sorry for the confusion on your appointment. As a rule, we give a 4 hour time window which we seldom are late. The technician always calls in advance with an ETA. We obviously missed the time window with you. My technician told me he gave you several parts at no charge for the inconvenience. I do appreciate the kind words about the quality of service we provided when we arrived. We understand our customers time is valuable, and do our best to be on time and be respectful of our promise.
