Service was great. It started with a notication the evening before our scheduled appointment. The email not only verified pertinet information but it identified the service technician that would be taking care of our needs. The Technician arrived during the time frame provided and quickly service our needs. The Techcian was welled informed and polite. I would recommend Precision without hesitation.

When I was searching the web for a garage door service company, I came across your website. I was impressed by the information contained in the website but what clinched the deal was Ms. Yeager's bio. Her being a teacher and her and Mr. Yeager's work in the autism community impressed me a lot. So, I decided to go with your company. Jessica who took my call was professional, courteous and very helpful. Sean, who did the job was very punctual, professional, courteous and had a very good sense of humor.When he ran his fingers thorough some parts of the garage door to find grey stuff, he asked me when was the last time the garage door was serviced. When I told him never, he, in a deadpan voice said "Please continue to do so sir, so that we can keeping getting your business!:)" He did a good job of explaining the problem and providing me an estimate.
