I selected Precision based off the reviews I saw online. I was really pleased with their prompt service. I called and they were on-site the same day to assess and repair. The tech, Ryan, was very knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining what was wrong with the system and how he could fix it. The repairs took about an hour and he was done. The door is opening again and doing so quieter than it ever has. The service was great!

I came across the company via social media....I am extremely happy that I choose Precision....I had some issue with my Garage door and the tech came over in about 2 hrs....His name is Ed, very professional, so pleasant and most importantly I felt safe....He knew what he was doing...the door is fixed and working like new in about an hour....I highly recommend this comp...Professional.

Ryan and Thomas are just an amazing team! They gave me a courtesy call ahead of their arrival and showed up on time.
