My service tech Ed was professional and his work exceeded my expectations! I've had issues with my 1970's garage system & door. Suddenly it just stopped working and the garage door was stuck open. As a single female, this frightened me & I didn't want to leave it that way overnight. I called Prescion and Ed came out when promised and worked with me to find a dependable solution. I have no complaints. Their products and services are a great value. This happened during COVID-19, and not only was I happy they were essential, Ed demonstrated and followed ALL safety precautions. Saturday morning a spring broke on a double door of our garage with vehicles inside. Unable to lift the double door with vehicles inside. Uh OH! Contacted Precision and was advised that a technician could be here late afternoon. Technician Ken arrived, diagnosed our problem, checked out other issues not noticed by us on both doors, one double and one single. Needed repairs completed Saturday evening as "we were in trouble mode". Ken was very competent, communicated extremely well and presented several options for us to consider. We were very relieved that our issues could be resolved (Saturday service) and are extremely happy with the quality of work at what we considered a fair price. Ken programmed our vehicles and the outside unit which we considered a bonus. Everything works like it was supposed to!!! A pleasant surprise today.

He replaced the broken overhead torsion springs and while performing an inspection of the entire assembly, he discovered the bearings were worn and needed replacing. All phases of the job were expertly completed. I am extremely pleased because service in this day and time has 'gone by the wayside'. I can, with enthusiasm, recommend your company to others.

I chose Precision because one year ago they came out to fix my door as an emergency situation. They could have taken advantage of me at that time, but they did not - they were honest, showed me what was wrong, and told me that my door would last about another year. Their information was accurate, so in due time I decided to use them to have the door replaced. They were prompt, not pushy, listened to what I wanted, answered all my questions, did what they said they would do for the price they quoted, and installed my garage door sooner than they said, and did an awesome job. I highly recommend this company.

Needed to have my garage door repaired, because it popped of track/rails due to me not unlocking latch. My technician was Chasen and my appointment was between 4-8p. He called and said he was running late, no problem. He was very professional and explained everything clearly. He noticed I was a retired veteran and thanked me for my service. Once finished he showed me what was done and explained what should be done to help keep it operating. Thanks!

Having problems with both garage door openers. Called at 11am and Ed was arrived about 12:20pm. He couldn’t have been any more polite and professional. Ed was very thoughtful and precise with my options. I decided to replace both garage door openers. He performed a complete tuneup on both doors and made all the necessary adjustments. Precision is the only garage door company I will use in the future and preferably Ed!!
