I chose Precision because one year ago they came out to fix my door as an emergency situation. They could have taken advantage of me at that time, but they did not - they were honest, showed me what was wrong, and told me that my door would last about another year. Their information was accurate, so in due time I decided to use them to have the door replaced. They were prompt, not pushy, listened to what I wanted, answered all my questions, did what they said they would do for the price they quoted, and installed my garage door sooner than they said, and did an awesome job. I highly recommend this company.

Needed to have my garage door repaired, because it popped of track/rails due to me not unlocking latch. My technician was Chasen and my appointment was between 4-8p. He called and said he was running late, no problem. He was very professional and explained everything clearly. He noticed I was a retired veteran and thanked me for my service. Once finished he showed me what was done and explained what should be done to help keep it operating. Thanks!

Having problems with both garage door openers. Called at 11am and Ed was arrived about 12:20pm. He couldn’t have been any more polite and professional. Ed was very thoughtful and precise with my options. I decided to replace both garage door openers. He performed a complete tuneup on both doors and made all the necessary adjustments. Precision is the only garage door company I will use in the future and preferably Ed!!

Tim, We had the great fortune to have your representative, Ryan, come to our home yesterday to install a new garage opener. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, very pro company, and helped us settle on an opener that fit our needs. We were impressed with the quick response of your company. We are very impressed with Precision Door Service! Not only did they come out the afternoon I called...the service tech installed a new garage opening system, rollers, springs, etc., the same day! Ed was our service tech. He was curtious, informative, helpful and stayed until 830P or so fixing everything so that it was just right! We are very happy with the process and service they provided to us!

Other than getting a personal recommendation from a friend, two additional things stood out to me. One, the website was very well laid out and informative. Easy to navigate and it answers a lot of questions customers may have. Secondly, when I called with my questions and to schedule an appointment, I received a person on the phone almost immediately. All of my questions were answered and a convenient appointment was scheduled. My service technician, Ed Davis, was very informative, experienced, and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time given the task. I would certainly recommend your company to any prospective customers.

Technician Ed called and gave me an accurate arrival time, was very knowledgeable. He gave me my options I could choose and spelled out costs for each, along with pros and cons, but no pressure to buy more than I needed. The work was done quickly and correctly, plus some other adjustments to make the door work like new. Excellent!

My door came off the tracks 8 months after they replaced my spring. They came out same day ( Sat.) and replaced the spring, rebalance the door, fixed the damage and the 20 year old door is smoother than ever. All under warranty, no problem. Great customer service!

I have used other companies in the past, but I find I like Precision the best. Their technicians are top notch, and very personable. I also was prepared to wait a week or 2 for service, but they set up my service for the next day. I got a garage door tune-up and reset my remotes. I was very pleased with my technician and he didn't try to sell me on unnecessary work. Will definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing service.

Our technician, Joe Snyder, was great -- starting with his willingness to take our service call on his way home for the evening. He was professional, courteous, personable, and provided detailed information to help us make the best decision to replace our door springs and opener. Joe stayed until the job was completed and made sure we were completely satisfied with the end result (even though we know it made for a long work day for him!). Finally, he made sure we had a complete understanding of everything he did and the charges associated with each component of the service call. This was our second experience with Precision Door of Atlanta and we will continue to use them in the future for their high-caliber workmanship and commitment to outstanding customer service.

I called Precision shortly before 6pm when I got home from work and my garage door wouldn't open. They came out first thing the next morning. The technicians were friendly and explained what the problem was and my options. They had the door fixed in about an hour. I wasn't sure what to expect since I hadn't used them before but I was very pleased with their service. I would definitely use them again.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Ed with Precision Door. He was knowledgeable of his products, efficient in his work and above all, a polite tech who listened to the customer and offered suggestions about what repairs were needed. The company also appears to be very security conscious by posting on their website the photos of all employees, thank you Tim for having that foresight. Will I use them again or recommend them? You had better believe it. This company is a refreshing change to what you normally get service wise today. Thanks for having old fashioned values.
