Placed a message asking for a quote for replacement of e siting garage doors and was told an appointment was available the next day. Chris Caban came to the house and could not have been nicer. Very professional and great knowledge of the doors and systems. He provided me with a quote as I asked and by the end of the day I called him back and agreed to the quote and gave my deposit. Now I am waiting to have a date scheduled for my new doors. This has been a great experience so far and am sure it will continue.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Precision Door. They were able to respond very quickly and called with a heads up when they were en route. Technician Jeremy was very personable and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and gave us a couple of options for moving forward. He had the repair done within a short period of time, and provided all the paperwork very quickly. It was really the most pleasant experience that we could hope to have with a repair service.

My doors are only 4 years old, but the one i rarely use had begun to make a loud noise. This company’s representative came and installed new nylon rollers and did a total tuneup on both doors... GREAT job... the doors sound so much better.... Thanks!

Precision has always done a good job for us, and this time was no exception. We were able to get an appointment very quickly and they arrived promptly, with a courtesy call shortly prior to arrival. Dustin Bourchier came out to replace my garage door opener, he was the nicest, most polite and courteous guy I could have encountered. He called me when he was on the way and was there when he said he would be. He answered all my questions and programmed my car for me. I felt completely comfortable and confident in him and his work. I called on Friday and they sent Dustin out on Saturday, just like I asked. I will continue to call Precision any time I have an issue with my garage door. Thank you Dustin for such great service and for being such a great guy!

After having an inspection done (including roller replacement) and new openers installed 11 months ago at a cost of nearly $1200, the last thing I expected was to pay another $1000 for spring replacement. I was hoping that the loud noise the doors were making would be covered under the 1 year warranty. Having said that, the spring replacement work was done professionally.
