Saw their ad on television and called to see if Precision could repair my garage door. I must admit the repair man was prompt and professional. He did a thorough inspection and gave me a honest assessment with several options of repair. I was pleased with the results and the overall expertise of the repairman, Ryan, who explained everything. When they say same day repair on short notice..it's true. Did not take long at all considering everything he did. I do recommend Precision. They did an excellent job! Called late one afternoon and they had me an appointment the next morning. Ronnie was the technician assigned to the job. He called ahead of time to let me know when he would be arriving. The technician identified all the problems soon after assessing my garage door and all the components that make it work. He was very capable and explained the price difference of excellent springs that don't rust with the longer warranty as compared with the cheaper was with less warranty. He fixed the garage door with the new equipment within 30 minutes. He was pleasant and seemed to have full knowledge of all that needed to be done. He explained everything clearly.

I chose Precision Door Service because of the person who answered the phone...very pleasant. I needed to have door openers installed and was very satisfied with the service I received.
