I was very happy with Senior Technician Ed Davis. Within the first five minutes after listining to my issues with my garage door opener, he was able to determine three possibilities that may be causing my garage door not to open or close at times. He was able to clean my interrupter cup and so far the garage goor works great. He was right to the point. You can bet if for some reason my ten year old garage door opener acts up again, I will call Precsion Door Service and have new garage opener and rails installed, by this company. Very impressed.

Was astounded at the promptness that a technician arrived--on the same day I called about 2 hours later. Ryan was just wonderful. He was such a gentleman, he explained our options to us (never pushing us) and he did a w wonderful job. I would use this company again in a heart beat. Absolutely The technician was on time I was told between the hours of 10 and 2 he called at 9:30 he was here at 10 he was very professional and clean and courteous his work took two hours he cleaned up his mess and he was on his way great personality great customer service!????

Tim "the service tech" arrive on time, (also called prior to showing)...fully explained the problem, and what was required for servicing the problem...wrote two estimate options...Tim worked quickly and thoroughly, then once completed, covered all components replaced and gave demonstrations of operation...and was very courteous and professional during the entire process...Great Job !!!
