We were very pleased with the service we received on 9/24/18. Our technician, Dustin 3 Ridge, was very knowledgeable, extremely efficient, & professional. Our garage door is also much more quiet now & the door opener is working the was it was intended to. We will definitely use Precision in the future should the need arise. Thank you for the amazing service that was provided to us.

New to area...2 garage doors..1 with opener & 1 without...came out during specified time...looked, recommended even though I had an idea after research...which we both were in agreement. Personable, competent in product line & installation and quick. When I have to replace the other garage door opener, I will be calling Precision.

We had a warranty repair and I called and was scheduled the very next day. They came out and fixed the issue, added a few extra touches and also gave me some advice on how to care for my garage door to keep it working properly in the future. Very pleased.

Hi...I purchased a new garage door opener with install in June of this year. I noticed that the opening lights were not working. I called more than one time asking if I needed to install light bulbs and what size. Your call center, the first time appeared confused and said that they would have someone contact me. No one ever did. I called again and the person said they would have to schedule an appointment. Today Jeremiah came out and politely said that all I needed were light bulbs and that the first installer should have mentioned that light bulbs did not come with the install. It was a waste of Jeremiah's and my time to simply be told that I needed light bulbs. I did have the light bulbs and he installed them for me. Thank you Jeremiah. I recommend that in the future your installers inform buyers about the light bulb issue and have your support be better trained. Thank you for your time.

Not only am I dissatisfied with the repair service I received from Precision Door, I’m extremely dissatisfied with their lack of response to my concerns. When I called to complain, the same tech who serviced my door called me back. When I asked for his managers phone number he refused to give it to me but said he would have him call me back, but he never did. I then sent an email to the person who mailed me my invoice and they never replied. I then sent email to their main email address but still never received a reply. Now, I will take my complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

I had a spring break and based off reviews I chose Precision. The tech gave me several options on pricing and although a bit much for all in repair, I chose just to replace the spring and I do feel the tech was extremely professional and knowledgeable and he did a great job.

Dustin came out for our garage door spring repair, and did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgable on what he was doing and fixed our door quickly. He was able to explain what we needed and why, and also gave us tips on brands and models we should avoid and ones we should consider when looking to upgrade our second door. We will gladly use Precision again and recommend them to others.

Wonderful experience! Our spring broke Friday evening and I called right away. Your technician Kevin was at our home by 11:15 AM the next morning, ahead of schedule! He went through the entire system and suggested we do a couple of extra things and we did. The door operates perfectly and much quieter than ever. Highly recommend.

So far so good! Just got an estimate to either repair or replace two doors. The technician Dustin came across as knowledgeable, personable and genuine. I'm going to check with O'Brien for a second estimate but I'm pretty sure I'm going with Precision.

Great service. Prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. James let me know about some things that were not in code on my garage doors and suggested I get those fixed. He also noticed that my tracks were not appropriately affixed to my wall so he put longer screws in to fix it.
