Great service. Prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. James let me know about some things that were not in code on my garage doors and suggested I get those fixed. He also noticed that my tracks were not appropriately affixed to my wall so he put longer screws in to fix it.

Here are the facts (1) They offered me a SAME DAY APPOINTMENT, (2) THEY WERE EARLY; (3) the technician was CLEAN and WELL-SPOKEN; (4) job was COMPLETED beyond my expectation and FASTER THAN I EXPECTED; and (5) they STAYED AND HELPED my wife and I set up our phone apps, ensured I knew exactly how to operate EVERYTHING. I couldn't figure out for the life of me why our garage door looked like it wanted to jump off the rail everytime it closed. Our technician, Brandon merely recommended a standard service call and lubed and adjusted the rails and pulleys. Bam, fixed! The door opens and closes as smooth as butter now. Minimal cost and Brandon was very informative and professional! Will recommend this company to my friends! Thanks!
