I was impressed by the Ad I'd seen some time ago for this company and am so glad I cut it out and saved it! When my garage door stopped working this week, I called and I've received GREAT service! The person who took my call was courteious and professional, scheduling a time for the next day at my request and at the time that worked best for me. Justin, the technician who responded could not have been better! He was prompt, very polite, clearly experienced and efficient! I will surely recommend Precision to family and friends. The cost was certainly reasonable and I feel this company's honesty about what is needed (and, importantly, what is NOT) can be trusted completely.
