Very professional service starting at the request call, scheduling the appointment, assessment and immediate feedback on task and cost. Very friendly, punctual and knowledgeable technician, Mike West was a pleasure to do business with. Quick, accurate assessment and repair/replacement of parts. All parts available for immediate repair (no return calls as so often happens with other service companies). Great company and service. Can't go wrong.

I called Precision late afternoon and the company sent a tech to my home within 24 hours to replace a broken spring. While there the tech noticed the wires on the other garage door were badly frayed and would have snapped within the week. Both doors were repaired and the tech serviced my garage door opener at no charge. Job well done.

Call was answered promptly and appointment made. Emails sent confirming time and the tech who would be helping fix our issue. Nick called before he arrived with an ETA and provided excellent help and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Nick and the service we were provided today has made Precision our go to vendor for garage door service..

Effective service on broken door springs. The phone attendant answered on Saturday night at 8pm and set my appointment that same night. Nick called 30 minutes ahead of my Monday appointment to keep me posted on his arrival time, and when he arrived he provided the basis for estimating cost of service, and finished in 45 minutes. I liked that he talked through maintenance steps afterward. Summary: service was prompt, Nick was competent and helpful. Garage door works good as new. I recommend this company and Nick.

I had the kids Garage door fixed and found out from Guido that it was originally installed incorrectly and very dangerous. He removed and re-installed the door correctly the same day he came to do the estimate. Since I am in Tenn and the kids house is in Georgia, I picked a company with a BBB rating. So glad I did. Guido explained all the issues with the current door and gave me options and honest answers. When I asked if I needed a new door he said the garage door I had on the house was fine and just needed to be fixed. Thanks for not trying to sell me something I didn't need.
