Keeping this short and sweet.... Brandon did a super job for us! He was professional, courteous and on time. Very professional, on time, did a very good job, made the warranty very clear. Doors look great. Just wish there were wider gaskets for the bottom of the doors for older homes who have a slope in the garage floor so it wouldn't leave a gap.

Searching the web looking for a company to repair my garage door, I came across Precision's web site and found it to be very informative and compelling. After looking at several other sites and then checking Precision's rating with the BBB, I decided to give them a try. They proved to be everything their web site claimed. Ed, the technician, arrived at the time he said he would and proved to be very knowledgeable. He explained the problem and the options available and let me make the decisions with absolutely no sales pressure from him. Once I selected the new springs and components to be used, Ed went right to work and completed the job in no time at all. All thru the process he explained what he was doing and why. Ed is a really good technician and a really nice and friendly person. I am extremely satisfied with the repair, with Ed and with Precision. Brandon came out to do a tune up on old garage door. I half expected to get up-sold on some new springs and rollers but, in fact, Brandon said all that was needed at this time was some minor adjustments and lube; and the old wooden door is in pretty good shape for its age. I, admittedly, would like to get a a new door (only because I don't like the windows), but there was no pressure from Brandon to try to sell one. He gave me the price for new rollers and for a new door. I got a business card because I do plan on calling Precision again before the end of summer.

I was very impressed with the prompt, professional, and excellent service today. Travis is a fantastic guy! He gave us various suggestions on fixing our garage door and in less than 30 minutes, he was done. Our broken, misaligned, dented, loose cable, roller-missing garage door was working perfectly and gliding smoothly and noiselessly like I never heard before. I am the original homeowner, and even when we bought the house brand new, the garage door had always been noisy and shaky. I will definitely recommend Precision to everyone I know. Precision was THE ONLY company who had a "live" person available to take my call at 6:00 a.m. The technician (Travis Plemmons) was here exactly when he said he would be and I'm thrilled with the service he provided. Excellent company - came out and gave me a reasonable estimate on two steel, insulated garage doors plus new garage door openers to replace outdated wooden doors that were nearly 30 years old and had been water damaged, and openers that were probably the same age. The garage is now secure, warmer, and the doors open with whisper-quiet operation. I couldn't be more satisfied with the job. I chose Precision because I used the same company in Denver before I relocated to Atlanta. This company will always have my business.

Precision is undoubtedly one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of calling to fix my garage door. They are prompt, very knowledgeable, and have the best techs. I called them at 7 am to fix my door and I was off to work by 9 am. That is what you call WORLD CLASS SERVICE. The only company to call when you have an issue with your garage door. Highly recommend them!!!!!
