Precision is undoubtedly one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of calling to fix my garage door. They are prompt, very knowledgeable, and have the best techs. I called them at 7 am to fix my door and I was off to work by 9 am. That is what you call WORLD CLASS SERVICE. The only company to call when you have an issue with your garage door. Highly recommend them!!!!!

My technician Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable and explained in detail the repairs that were needed. He even gave me the "lingo" to use when contacting another door company inquiring about cost and availability of parts needed to repair my garage door. Needless to say, I stayed with Precision and Brandon did an excellent job!

Definitely a 5!! Most efficient and professional service tech ever used. Last company used wrong spring which really stressed the door and opener. Kevin took the time to show and explain to me the issues. We are very satisfied with Precision Garage Door. I would highly recommend them.

When my chain driven garage door opener quit working after more than 18 years of service, I did my research and narrowed my search to three companies. My second estimate came from Precision. I had every intention to make a decision after all three estimates were complete. However, I was so impressed with the Precision technician (Shaun), I awarded him the job on the spot. The price was consistent with the market and I could tell Shaun really knew what he was doing. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and such a nice guy. I learned a lot! Five Star Rating. Within an hour of submitting an online request for service, I was contacted via phone by Ashley. Mind you, this was on a Saturday after hours. She was exceptionally professional and friendly in ascertaining my need and coordinating a service trip by a technician. She referred me to the website to learn more about the company and the assigned technician should I be inclined to probe for additional information. The technician, Shaun called ahead as a professional courtesy just as Ashley said he would. Upon arrival, he introduced himself and the company. He was attired in clean and professional uniform and the service truck he drove was immaculate. He quickly diagnosed the problem and presented options on how to remedy it. He showed a very knowledgeable and friendly disposition. At NO POINT did I feel as if he was trying to sell me on superfluous items or service. After agreeing on a course of action and the very fair price, he set about the repair. Upon finishing, he showed me the end result and asked if there was anything further. Being in the service business myself for 30 years I have keen eye for customer service. Shaun showed a very genuine sense of personal ownership of the outcome of my experience with the company. He is a great ambassador for the company.

I purchased a deal on Angie's List. Precision called me a day later and set up an appointment. The tech called ahead and arrived on time. He quickly inspected the door and replaced the rollers. He told me that the door was in good shape and nothing further was needed. My door now opens and closes quietly and efficiently.

I had originally bought a deal on Angie's List for a door check-up and key pad installation. When Precision arrived (right on time), I informed Sean that I didn't really need the keypad, but I sure wanted the door to work better (noisy, shaky, seemed like on its last leg). Sean explained that the double door was installed by the builder with just one spring which wore out (9 years). He installed two new springs, aligned the rails, tightened all the bolts, and lubricated the tracks. Precision applied the original price I already paid to my bill and charged me the balance for installing the two new springs. Very reasonable, quick and professional service. I highly recommend using Precision.

Excellent company - came out and gave me a reasonable estimate on two steel, insulated garage doors plus new garage door openers to replace outdated wooden doors that were nearly 30 years old and had been water damaged, and openers that were probably the same age. The garage is now secure, warmer, and the doors open with whisper-quiet operation. I couldn't be more satisfied with the job. I chose Precision because I used the same company in Denver before I relocated to Atlanta. This company will always have my business.
