Travis was right on time, thoroughly inspected our doors and explained what needed to be done as well as giving us tips on how to get more life out of our existing garage door units. Garage door opener stopped working this morning. After calling I was happy to hear that a technician could come out that same day. I was offered a slot in the middle of the day which because of my work schedule just did not work. When I asked for later I expected a "we only work till..." answer, but was told that between 4 and 8 would be OK. Phillip arrived approx 20 minuted after he called and evaluated the system very quickly. It was determined that the unit was DOA so as promised he had a replacement unit available on his truck and he started the work which only took about 1 hour. Very happy with the service and quality of the work. Thank you

Would not hesitate to give this company a 5 star rating. The technician, Mr Travis, knew the problem even without me completing my description...then instantly showed me where the problem was. That was amazing...perhaps born out of his experience and training. I watched him working...he worked with such precision...no wonder the name of the company...he was like a precision machine. He allowed me to ask and he answered all my questions. I would recommended this company.

Great service, definitely worth the money. Love the fact that they have showroom where you can actually see products. Staff was very pleasant end explained every detail and answered all of my questions. I was able to schedule appointment within two days (any time/day I wanted). I didn't feel pressured into buying anything I didn't plan on. They made few suggestions to avoid future malfunctioning/repairs so I did end up replacing springs and rollers in addition to opener installation and I'm glad I did, money well spend. It's certainly better quality product than what you can buy at Lowes or Home Depot which makes sense that it cost bit more. Entire installation took 2h, very impressive. I strongly recommend this company to anyone that is looking to install hew garage opener. Thank you George & Kelly

Wow what an incredible experience! I found this company using Google at some late hour of night on Monday and they looked great, so I used the chat function but really wasn't expecting anyone to be available to talk. Well I was wrong! I received a response immediately and I was able to set up an appointment for Wednesday between 11am and 2pm with a promise that I'd receive a call when the technician was on his way. We've all heard this before, only to have to sit around waiting, and then the person may call at 1:45pm saying they're almost there, which means you've wasted almost 4 hours waiting, when you could've been doing something else. Well Tim called me about 10:15am, said he was on his way but a distance out yet, he'd be here approximately 11:30! He arrived on time, told me what needed to be done, gave my estimate, which was very reasonable and less than expected, and set up for my door to go up the next day! I received a call confirmation & 2 email confirmations. The next day Rick called me when he was on his way, he put up my door, did a fantastic job and this was the best Christmas gift EVER. The level of customer service was extraordinary, from beginning to end. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know. They are simply awesome!

Precision installed a new door and motor for me. My old door broke on a Sun & I needed a door quickly as the old one was about to fall down. Tim came on Mon & showed me some samples I had selected. After obtaining other estimates, I decided to go with Precision. They sent out a repairman to further stabilize my old door (no charge) on Tues afternoon and then on Wed morning they came & installed a new door. It looks great!! Tim was extremely professional & the installers were courteous and knew exactly what they were doing. They cleaned up really nice & took old door away. I would highly reccomend this company.
