Wonderful work! Quick response. Installed in about an hour and also installed keypad at low price. I will definitely call these Precision again. I have several rentals and have had this same work done before. Took twice as long to get them to come and almost a whole day to get the springs installed.

I had a great experience with Precision! Glenn Cure is an excellent representative for this company. He called me to give me a heads up that he was on his way to my home. He was very friendly and personable. He inspected the issue, provided a summary of his recommendations, reviewed each option with me, and answered my questions. Glenn was very helpful, and he completed the work thoroughly and timely. I’m very satisfied with the job that Glenn did. I will definitely use Precision for any other issues that may arise in the future!

Installation was performed in a timely manner and two our satisfaction. All trash was removed and cleanup was perfect. Installer explained how our new garage door opener that was mounted on the side worked, etc., hopefully I retained some of it!

Arrived a few hours after my call. Travis was very friendly and was able to explain clearly where our issue was and what needed to be fixed. Proposing different levels to accommodate my budget (from just getting the door unstuck, to replacing the bear minimum to make it operable, to bringing it back to great condition. We went for the full work. Price was overall reasonable. Very fast and good work. My door is back to new and ready to go long term! Fully recommend!
