I was very pleased with the entire experience with Precision Door. My door was repaired the same day I called. In fact it would have been done within two hours if I could have been home. Philip King arrived early and was very professional and polite. He explained everything thoroughly and did a good job. I will definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone that may need a door or repair.

Builder installed garage opener system failed after only 8 years. Was not sure if I could get anyone out for the repairs during Memorial weekend. Called Precision and was able to get a technician out within the hour. Phillip King replaced the system and was done in about 2 hours. He explained thoroughly what the issue was with the now obsolete system that the builder installed, what parts had to be replaced and showed me everything that he did after he completed. Very professional and thorough. Would recommend Phillip and Precision to anyone who needs their garage door system repaired or replaced.

I saw you on Angie's list, and I had been thinking it was time to get our Overhead doors, serviced, so called your company first to get an idea of the real price for the 2nd door. They gave me an idea of the price, I checked old bills for last service 4 years ago and it was comparable, so I booked the time (today) then went back on line and bought the deal on Angie's list. I couldn't be happier, the doors once again run smoothly, Chase Dasilva , was professional, friendly and helped me re set one of the openers, I don't want to be climbing ladders!.
