He has such a graet personality and a great deal of knowledge about his business. My door works great and is so quite. The belt drive he recommended was everything he said it would be and more. Eric installed my door and door opener in record time and gave me full instruction on its features and how to use them. This was a job done right from start to finish. I called on Sunday to make an appointment to have my garage door opener fixed. They made an appointment for Monday between 4:00 and 6:00. Travis Plemmons called a little after 4:00 to say he was on the way. He was prompt, courteous, and did a great job of fixing the problem. I would use Precision again.

Travis Plemmons did an excellent job of fixing a garage door that was hanging when when it was opened and returned to put in new springs and a new motor in an old garage door. He was very polite, on time and I was pleased with the quality of his work. I choose this company because it was accredited by BBB and Angie's List.

I needed my Garage opener fixed so I called in to Precision and they came out. the Tech Steve did a great job and replaced parts on the motor and now it works great. The only problem I had was with the final price. I was told on the phone when I made the appt that there is no charge for someone to come out and give me an Estimate of what is needed to be fixed are looked at. When I got home I was told there is a $89 service call fee and a 69.00 labor fee on all calls. I feel I was not told the truth and over charged and would like something done about it. I work very hard for my money just as you all do. and feel I deserve a reponse on this. Thank you, Ann
