The Technician Joshua was Outstanding. He was quite professional and personable. He explained everything to me in terms which I could understand, not a bunch of technical jargon. I felt comfortable that He was giving me good information not just trying to sell a product. I would definitely recommend him to my neighbors.

I love my doors and the quality and workmanship was very good. However, I was a little anxious to get my doors but delivery and installation takes a long time. I even reordered replacement panels and the delivery and install is some time off. I think delivery and installation needs some improvement.

I saw a commercial on television and I called the number to have my garage doors installed . A sales person came to my house and was very knowledgeable courteous and friendly . The wrong size door was sent from the manufacturer and the technician could not install the doors and said to me that the company will notifying me what is going on with my doors it took a while for me to hear from the company about what is going on with my doors they only call me when the correct doors were in from the manufacturer . We set up a time for installation of my new doors the technician who installed the doors were very knowledgeable and kind and professional the only issues that I have is they were not responsive in communicating to me Since the wrong size doors were delivered I should’ve heard from the company immediately and I did not,other dan that i’m very pleased with the two doors and motors that was installed in my garage

Ryan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was give a 4 hour timeframe and he called me early to let me know that it would be closer to the end of the range as a heads up. He called again when he was 30 mins away which was helpful. He performed an inspection and explained everything to me as well as provided recommended issues in addition to the needed fix. Overall a very good experience.

This was my first experience with Precision and I was highly impressed with the entire process from scheduling to the completed replacement of my garage door springs. A technician (Mike O.) was ringing my doorbell after only a few hours from my initial call. Kudos to Mike for his professionalism and willingness to take the time to explain my options, he was very knowledgeable of all products and provided exemplary service. I would highly recommend and would personally use Precision again if I had additional issues with my garage door.
