I had Precision come out and perform some preventative maintenance on a 2nd garage door. I had a repair done a few months ago on another door. Precision honored the price that they gave me a few months ago and made the same repairs. They were quick, professional and did great work again.

Hello Tim: Since you asked I'd like to explain our story. A year or so ago we replaced our garage door through your company. We also updated the opener with the Lift Master. The door has been the best decision we ever made. One hiccup, after it was all said and done we asked the tech to help us with the app. Well, that is where it all began. You will have to look up the tech, I believe it was Brandon but no 100% sure. He totally blew us off with the app, saying oh you can contact them. He also had to set up a remote box thing for my car because he couldn't set the garage button in my car. He plugged that box into the outlet at the wall, no on the opener itself up on the ceiling. Never has it worked correctly. My husband and I have many times sat in the driveway for what seemed like hours trying to open the garage. We finally we have to get out and use the code for the door. We do take responsibility for some of this, we should have called and had someone else come, like we did today to help fix the issues. But my comment is this shouldn't have happened in the first place if the tech that installed and set up did his job. Today, I believe it was James that was our tech. My husband was home for the call. Well, kiddos to him. He put the app on my husband phone, set up the account and made sure we could open and close remotely from out phones. THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I can't tell you how happy this makes us and how our faith has been restored with Precision. I know customer service is big with your company from all our dealings. So please make sure you give James a "high-5", time off, PTO extra something for a "job well-done" for us. It will make him want to do a good job each and every time. Very pleased with every phase of ordering and having new garage door and opener installed. Orion was on time, very helpful and efficient. I was informed on expected delivery date and it was confirmed several days before. Jeff was great, arrived on time , worked quickly, explained care of door and operation, completely cleaned up and was gone in record time. We love our very quiet and attractive new garage door.

I called this morning and was told a tech could be there between 2 and 6PM. James was our tech. He called about 30 minutes before his early arrival (which was great). He knew just what to do and was very quick about his work. Our garage door is back in service...Yea! I found it very comforting to know ahead of time who was coming to perform the repair and found him to be not only knowledgeable, but very friendly and informative about the maintenance needed on the door. Would definitely call again if needed and would highly recommend this company.

I requested a service man to just find out why my garage door would not close properly. Ronald was sent to our home and within about 5 minutes found out what the problem was. He explained the reason, and not only fixed the issue but also he greased the tracks and got it working better than before we called. Thank you so much for doing more than expected.

Ronnie called ahead and was within the time frame for the appointment. He took just a few minutes to prepare an estimate then then proposed the options to me. He, both the tech and the trainee, answered any questions that I had and explained the benefits of completing the work as suggested. The work was then performed in a timely. Both were very courteous and represented Precision Door very well!

I called Precision Friday evening to come review a repair at my home. The cable on one of our garage doors broke. Precision was able to come out the next day. Precision sent Chase to our home who was incredibly professional, on-time, and explained everything he was going to repair. After completing the job, he walked through each repair that was undertaken. I am very pleased with the service I received and we'll be using precision again to undertake some preventative maintenance on our other door.
