Ronnie called ahead and was within the time frame for the appointment. He took just a few minutes to prepare an estimate then then proposed the options to me. He, both the tech and the trainee, answered any questions that I had and explained the benefits of completing the work as suggested. The work was then performed in a timely. Both were very courteous and represented Precision Door very well!

Ronnie, with Precision Door, replaced my Wayne Dalton Torquemaster system with a new Precision Door torsion spring system. He was very informative, professional and polite. I called Precision Friday evening to come review a repair at my home. The cable on one of our garage doors broke. Precision was able to come out the next day. Precision sent Chase to our home who was incredibly professional, on-time, and explained everything he was going to repair. After completing the job, he walked through each repair that was undertaken. I am very pleased with the service I received and we'll be using precision again to undertake some preventative maintenance on our other door.

Had my doors repaired and serviced today. Ronald Meador was the tech and was outstanding. Ron was knowable and knew exactly what the problem was. And one more thing they do not use the upsell tactics like so many other door companies now do. This is a first class organization.

Your service rep was very helpful in taking care of the problem at hand. Unfortunately, the motor was in need of replacing, which I'd not expected & no one likes being blind-sided by an expensive fix. Still, he was very professional & made sure everything was in good working order before leaving. He did encourage me to register online so that the motor would be properly warrantied; however, when I tried to do so I got a message a strange message indicating that it could not be accessed through my laptop. (???) Also, I expected to receive my payment receipt by email, so as to print it out, but that has not come through. I do appreciate the prompt, courteous service...just wish it hadn't been a high-ticket item.
