Your service rep was very helpful in taking care of the problem at hand. Unfortunately, the motor was in need of replacing, which I'd not expected & no one likes being blind-sided by an expensive fix. Still, he was very professional & made sure everything was in good working order before leaving. He did encourage me to register online so that the motor would be properly warrantied; however, when I tried to do so I got a message a strange message indicating that it could not be accessed through my laptop. (???) Also, I expected to receive my payment receipt by email, so as to print it out, but that has not come through. I do appreciate the prompt, courteous service...just wish it hadn't been a high-ticket item.

Had an issue Wednesday morning. Was fixed by 4pm Wednesday afternoon. They were on time, quick and reasonably priced. They worked with me and my ability to be at home until the afternoon. 5 Stars all day. Will be recommending to all.

We were out of town and had an incident where our garage door was mangled. It was a mess. We called Precision to see if they could at least secure it in our absence. Rocky was out promptly and assessed the situation. While repair was not possible/economical, he did reassure us that it was secure. I sent Rocky a picture of the new door I wanted, and he sent me back a price. They were able to install the new door, haul the old door away, and stay exactly within their time frames, and all of this was done to perfection before we even got back in town. The communication, reliability, and understanding from Precision was top-notch. Would give ten stars if I could. Thank you!!!

Orion came out and gave us lots of options for our doors. Then we met Eric who spent the day working non-stop to get our doors, new motor, and key pad installed for us. The team at Precision was fantastic, and we would never have wanted to have gone anywhere else. They're the best!
