He is professional, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with, with me feeling assured that he will fix the problem with the garage door. I have had no success with past garage door companies. Very satisfied with the level of customer service and professionalism from the start. The only thing which is not a negative, more of an observation, when handing the customer paper work, please make sure the serial number is listed on the information book you hand your customer. Everything being web-based now a days it's important to have all the information needed to register and sign up on line. Would I recommend them, YES in a second! Were we satisfied, with pricing, customer service and installation 100%. Enjoyed my installers Roscoe and Kevin. Customer service is at it's best with this company! Thank you!

David Sweeney was very professional, diagnosed the issue on how my garage door bracket failed checked every part of the door and make good recommendation on what to replace. I ended up replacing the spring and bracket and added keypad. Price is fair - would definitely use Precision door again if I have any other Garage door problems.
