The tech was right on time and very good at fixing the problem. I would use this company again very professional , however I thought the pricing was a little high for a door spring and several rollers.

We will use this as a learning tool as our tech must not have done a satisfactory job explaining the Precision difference.

They installed my doors almost 2 years ago. I was having an issue closing one of them, and they came out, fixed it and serviced it for free. Technicians are friendly, helpful, and honest, and service is excellent.

Guido's experience is evident - from initial visit sizing up what's needed to completion. Allison patiently answered my many calls. Brandon was pleasant but not as skilled and clean up not as detailed as Guido's. Also found cigarette butts on my driveway - just a couple... Overall very pleased!

Brandon L. was out, and whomever had initially installed the the door did such a horrible job! He was so kind, and did the best job. I love my new door, and could not be happier with his service. Cody explained everything very well and fixed the door great. As well as offered advice on servicing new motor, drums and end brackets with time frames which means a lot since financially we have been hurting recently. What a great experience in a bad situation! My garage door got jammed and would not open. Found Precision on the web and called them right away. they we super friendly and flexible with my busy schedule. David came right out exactly at the time requested. I called this morning and technician was here within a few hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained our options. We now have a wonderfully "quiet" garage door. I will certainly call your company in the future for any needed repairs.
