Brandon L. was out, and whomever had initially installed the the door did such a horrible job! He was so kind, and did the best job. I love my new door, and could not be happier with his service. He was wonderfully patient, worked for hours, and even ran out to get what he needed to complete the service. I am very impresses, and would like him to know how happy I am with him.

Cody explained everything very well and fixed the door great. As well as offered advice on servicing new motor, drums and end brackets with time frames which means a lot since financially we have been hurting recently. Explained new motor and its warranty and how important it is as well as upgrading the horsepower. We'll be in touch and calling soon.

What a great experience in a bad situation! My garage door got jammed and would not open. Found Precision on the web and called them right away. they we super friendly and flexible with my busy schedule. David came right out exactly at the time requested. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. he fixed the door in less than 30 mins. Great company and great service! I highly recommend them. thank you

Shaun was the best! On time (actually early), very professional, courteous, knows his stuff. An excellent technician is always the best salesman for a contractor. Shaun represented Precision Door to the max. Purchased two openers, one keypad, and repair. Forgot to give Shaun on line coupon for $20 off new garage door openers. If a credit can be provided for purchase of new doors, which is probably in our future, that would be great. If not, that is ok. Very satisfied. Quick response to call and tech showed first ting in the morning. Knew exactly what wrong in a few seconds with broken spring inside tude. Replace with better alternative and job was completed in 30 minutes. Definitely 5 Stars!
