I previously gave Precision 5 stars after Sean came out and gave me an estimate. I have reduced to 4 for a few reasons. Twice I received a call to schedule the instillation and scheduled for a Friday, but was called back to say the door would not be available until Saturday. On Saturday Duane came out to install the panal, but was not aware of the other work that needed to be done. I believe he completed all the work and the door works great. One other issue was when I ordered the glass panal it should have come with grids. However it did not and the old grids did not fit the new window. Monday Ryan came out and installed the grids. Again, I want to say that the quanlity of work was excellant, however communication between workers did not seem sufficient.

I chose Precision because every time I order from Lowes I have to wait forever to receive the product. I thought since this was a repair I would find a company that actually specializes in Garage doors. Sean was extremely helpful and patient with me as we compared the cost of a new door or replacement panel. He also pointed out some of the repairs that needed to be made to bring the springs up to par and meet safety regulations, as I had used a handy man to install the door the first time and he cut corners by using the old/original hardware. I have not had the actual repair done yet as the panel and hardware will need to be ordered, but so far I would recommend Precision to all my friends and family.

Nick came back to my house today, for such a simple fix that I almost feel silly for having called. The technician just left the home and we were completely satisfied. He not only fixed the door, which was the original purpose of the service call, he also installed a key pad which wasn't requested until after he arrived on site. We made the mistake of initially scheduling an appointment with a competitor of Precision's that we had to cancel for a variety of reasons. We won't make that mistake again and will just call Precision who definitely lived up to their advertising and the accolades displayed on their web site.

I first used Precision to replace our failed GDO in 02/2013. The service then was outstanding and a good value. I called on Precision again 05/14 to replace our double garage door. Again, the service was outstanding and a good value. Communication between Precision and myself was excellent, the service tech called ahead and arrived on time, and left us very happy with our new garage door. Would I call on Precision again??? ABSOLUTELY!!!
