I had a great experience with the entire process. I love my door and I only had to wait about two weeks to have it custom made. I can't believe how quiet the door is; it is virtually silent. Shaun was the best! On time (actually early), very professional, courteous, knows his stuff. An excellent technician is always the best salesman for a contractor. Shaun represented Precision Door to the max. Purchased two openers, one keypad, and repair. Forgot to give Shaun on line coupon for $20 off new garage door openers. If a credit can be provided for purchase of new doors, which is probably in our future, that would be great. If not, that is ok. Very satisfied. Quick response to call and tech showed first ting in the morning. Knew exactly what wrong in a few seconds with broken spring inside tude. Replace with better alternative and job was completed in 30 minutes. Definitely 5 Stars!

I had a great service tech. The job was taken care of in less than one hour. . If price is not an issue, I recommend this company. The customer service is great. I feel that the price was very high for the job. I had two springs changed. The bill was over $350. I am not sure if this is normal. If it is then you will love the prompt service, scheduling and outcome of the service visit.

We have done a lot of research and have found that our pricing is very competitive. With that being said, we also use upgraded parts that are far superior to many of the parts that are available on the market. You will find that our springs have a longer life expectancy than those less expensive versions, being far less expensive in the end.

I'm very happy with my new garage door and lift. I am finally able to park in the garage. I have been doing the happy dance for the past few days (since it was installed). I posted pics to FB to share with my friends. My neighbors have congratulated me on the new door. It looks FABULOUS! I would use Precision Door of Atlanta again and I recommend them. I purchased a new insulated, double walled steel door and an opener.

Professional, courteous, on time to install but 2 hours late for estimate (he got the addresses mixed up and went to another before me) and gave a solid competitive price. Made replacing my garage door easy and much less expensive than I thought it would be. They did not bring photos or pictures of garage doors to choose from which I would have thought would be key in making a decision, but I was able to get online via my ipad and the sales man directed me to a site to view the choices. I had called and spoken to 2 other companies and Precision by far even with the 2 small issues were much more together and professional than the other 2. I felt comfortable dealing with them.

We met Tim and Lynn at the March 2014 Galleria Home Show. They seemed very interested in speaking with us and sharing their product knowledge. We knew we would contact them once we completed a significant driveway and slab construction project later in the year. Our experience with Precision was great, start to finish. Eric Dunphy installed two (2) new doors and two (2) Lift Master openers. He completed this job in a very timely and professional manner. He has a great work ethic and we are so glad that he did the installation.

I had a 20-year old wooden double garage door that blew a spring and had to have a quick replacement. Did not want to just fix the spring on such an old door, so went on-line to research for a new door. Also had a file I had accumulated of garage door ads (in anticipation of needing to replace the door soon) My ads file and my on-line research led me to call Precision Door & a couple of other companies. Once I investigated Precision's website and found I could select my door and its features and see what I would be getting, I felt comfortable with this company. I selected the door and features, and noted in my email that I would appreciate a quick call to set things up and heard back from Tim literally within minutes! He gave me a quote and confirmed they could do what I wanted for a door. They came out the next day (stormy weather was coming & I could not get into my garage) and fixed the broken spring so I could use my garage until the new door came in the next week. Great service -- great technicians -- wonderful accessibility to their staff and I will certainly recommend them.
