Dear Precision, first, I found you through Angie's list. I read the comments about your work and service and was impressed so I gave you a chance. My service technician was Mark Mosely.Needless to say he is a good salesman as well as technician. He showed me the extent of the repair needed for one of the garage doors and after surveying the second door, I decided to do both. I was impressed with Mark's knowledge and application to get the job done in a timely fashion and correctly. I had to leave for an appointment which meant leaving Mark there alone which I had no hesitation to do so. As a side note, my son had to leave for work but his car battery needed to be jumped. It was a foreign car and I had no idea where the battery was. Mark told us and identified the area to jump the car. So my son was able go to work. Well done Mark, and Well done on the Garage Doors

Excellent service. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. Guido went above and beyond to make sure the garage door repairs were done correctly, he made sure I was aware of all my options beforehand, and he made sure I understood how to work the new garage door opener after it was installed. By far, the best experience I have had with repairs. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.

Made appointment for a quote. Mark got here just before appointment time and had me a quote for new doors and motors within 20 minutes. Offered 3 options and was happy with pricing. Eric came out and finished the job quicker than expected. Cleaned my garage and walked me through the functionality of the new system. Very impressed! Would definitely recommend
