Very satisfied with the service call the second time. Steve was very knowledgeable and was able to repair the opener with the correct parts. We could have saved 3 days and a return service call had the CSR listened to my description of the problem on the original call and ordered the two Genie limit switches for Steve to bring with him on the first call. Instead he assured me their truck was fully stocked.

I can relate to your expectation of a fully stocked truck. I believe we maintain more parts on our trucks than any other company in Atlanta. We are able to repair doors and openers at a 92% rate on the first visit. Having said that, when you told my phone tech you believed the genie needed limited switches, we should have made sure we had those parts on the truck and I will certainly address this issue with my staff and techs, I am glad the end result was a fixed opener and an overall satisfied customer. I choose Precision initially because my door springs had unexpectedly broken and they said they would be able to send someone to make the repair within 24 hours of my call. Mark Moseley came ready to make the repair the next morning. He was very friendly and prompt. After reviewing my door and discussing repair vs replacement costs (my decision not his) I decided to replace the entire thing rather than spend money on fixing my old worn out hardware. I choose a beautiful new Amarr top of the line steel door instead. The price quoted included upgraded rollers and lovely window inserts at a price that was very competitive, and surprisingly cheaper than even than the identical door I had seen at a Costco road show some months earlier. As the door needed to be ordered a temporary repair was done at no charge. There was a delay in receiving my custom door but Precision was very fair and responsive in handling the situation. The technicians that did my install were very professional and great to work with. They took a lot of care to do a wonderful job. All said I couldn't be happier with my new door and I would recommend Precision to anyone needing repairs or a new garage door in their future.

Tim (Owner) and Mark (General Manager) were very professional, honest and knowledgeable about the garage door panel that I needed replaced. Other companies that I had asked for quotes did not even attempt to locate one or stated the panel replacements for my door were not made any longer. They just wanted to sell me a new door. Travis Plemmons, the tech who installed the panel,was "top notch" in every way. Not only was he friendly, he really knew his business. If I could give this company and Travis more than a 5 Start rating I would. Highly recommned and if and when we DO need a new door, I will be giving them the business!!

I checked out your site online, read some reviews, and Precision looked promising for what I needed. So I sent in a request. I sure WASN'T disappointed. I received an email response almost immediately, got a call the next morning, and made an appointment for between 1-3 pm the same afternoon. The technicians (Sean and Daniel) arrived a few minutes after 1, and gave me a heads-up call before they got to the house. That's just professional. They were both friendly and sharp, and gave me a rundown on options first thing. Professional. I chose and they got right to work. I couldn't believe the results! Both these garage doors are 25+ years old, but they worked like new! Professional. And the cost at the end was just what they'd told me up front. No surprises (except for a surprise military discount). Professional! Definitely 5-stars from me. Job well done! I'll be calling Precision back when it's time to replace these door systems. Thanks!

I was very pleased with Lynn and the obvious sincerity she felt about her responsibilities. I called from your ad in Home Magazine which was very impressive. I think the price was reasonable, and there were no gimmicks. I was very impressed with Mark Mosley, who was obviously in pain, but he didn't let it slow him down. Chris was also pleasant and very knowledgeable. The crew, and the office staff were wonderful, and the finished product exceeded our expectations.
