Chris is excellent. Explained the issues w the garage door not working correctly and the parts needed. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and personable. Replaced our 27-year old Liftmaster openers with new belt drive Liftmasters. Justin our technician did a great job. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. He arrived on time, installed our replacement openers quickly, and helped to set up the MyQ app for us. We chose Precision because of its good reviews and its high ratings from services such as Trust Dale and Angie’s List.

I had Dustin come to my house for a quote on a new motor for my garage door and he explained and showed me why I also needed to replace the springs and bearings and what came with the motor. He was very professional and I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience. I decided to have the work done and he got it all done and cleaned up in about 2 hours. He helped me set up the WiFi app and get it programmed. I would recommend both the company and Dustin and I’m very happy with the product, the warranty and the upgrade on my garage door.

I saw your write up in the TrustDale booklet. I felt safe about choosing your company as his company is certified and backs the work performed by various contractors. Your write up also detailed the services that you provide in repairing garage doors. I was pleased when your technician showed up promptly this morning. He was professional and efficient in the renovation of my garage door which was 56 years old. It certainly was time to have the total renovation done. It was done well in one day with warranties to back the new motor and new parts that were replaced. I highly recommend your company as a reference!

This company is the best! Was very happy with this last year when they installed my garage doors. Now yesterday, I noticed a small problem with one of my doors, called them in the morning and Tommy was there by 1:00 and had my door fixed within 15 minutes. Only company that I want to deal with for my doors. Very professional!

Jeremy was absolutely fantastic in every way. He explained all repairs in depth and explained all of my options. He never tried to upsale me, but just told me the options available to me. He was thorough in his work and you could tell he cared tremendously about his craft. I wished I had a guy like Jeremy for all my project needs. My garage door open almost silently now.

Great Service! Dustin called ahead of arrival and arrived on time. He carefully assessed the situation with our broken door opener and patiently provided options and recommendations. Once we had determined a rebuild was the best path forward for both of our single 22 y/o openers, he immediately set to work. In an amazing short time he had both doors totally repaired and operating beautifully. He took time to program the outside remote and both cars, doing it all quickly and much more efficiently than I could have done. He cleaned up the area and insured I was knowledgeable of the openers operation, and I could hardly believe how much quieter the doirs now opened. All in all, quality professional service very rapidly performed at a reasonable price. I could not be happier with the result. Great Job!
