At 9:20 on Saturday morning garage door broken. By 4:10 it was completely repaired and working beautifully. Technician came, gave us three options with a no pressure sales pitch. Thanks Michael. We are very pleased. Will use them again.

Brandon Seligman was awesome. He called before he came during the allotted time slot that was originally quoted to us. He was pleasant, professional and thorough explained what the issue with our garage door was. Although the cost to us was more than what we had hoped to have to come out of pocket for since we have a home warranty, he did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied customers, fixed the issue and made suggestions about potential repairs in the future. I really appreciated that and would definitely refer others to Brandon.

We used Precision to repair our Rental garage door (the door was installed in January by Precision. Evidentially the bolts loosend up and were replaced this week The original service came out of Marietta. Not sure where service came from. After this was done, the wife wanted an external button for the outside of our garage, so we added this (came from Alpharetta) in late January. WE also have a a Precision garage door at our home in Alphareta

I called you because another garage door company was going to charge me just to come out and not put that fee towards service. I said all I needed repaired was my keypad because it stopped working. I did not have time to deal with it myself. Before the servicemen came he called to let me know he was on his way. Which was great. However he proceeded to ask me what the problem was meaning nothing had been relayed to him and correctly. After he arrived he tells me garage door openers tend to last 10 - 12 years. I felt immediately he was going to try to tell me I needed a new opener. I told him my opener was fine and all I needed was a new keypad for the outside. He starts telling me he cant control the range of how far I could open it from. I never said anything about “range.” No clue what that was about. I already had no trust after the “garage door only lasts 10 - 12 years.” He said he would install new keypad for $69 + $99 to program!!! I was shocked and felt treated like a “dumb blonde.” Seriously? You actually charge people $99 to program a $34 keypad?? And you sleep at night? I called you so I didn’t have to do it. I could have. Your remotes for cars were $60?? I bought 2 at Walmart this afternoon for $30 total and had my 15 year old son program them. I believe you do pay for convenience, of course. Sadly I felt like it was a swindling attempt. If you tell your servicemen to do that then shame on you. I paid $73 for a new keypad that took 10 minutes total (if that) to install and program. $34 on Amazon (free shipping) + $39 for you to come out. Ok. Sure, I’ll pay that. Never again, though. Next time I’ll make time to fix myself. Oh... he also asked if I tried to replace the battery. Like a computer tech asking if I turned my computer off and then back on. The service performed is not in the list provided on this site. So what I chose is incorrect.

I called at 2pm after my garage door malfunctioned. They were able to send a tech out the same afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem on my 12 year old opener, at which point I opted to replace it. An hour and a half later it was all finished. Because I used Precision a few years ago for new garage doors (pleased with that also), they upgraded my opener at no charge. I highly recommend this company.

The serviceman did a great job under cold conditions. Everything was cleaned up well. He didn't try to enforce high dollar items, just what we needed. Operation is very quiet and smooth. (much better than before) Joshua Kesler was the service man

Jeremy very helpful and explained the lubrication of the springs and hinges and what to listen to if there is a problem. I thought they were getting a little noisy, but Jeremy said the were good. He sprayed the springs and checked other things out. Plus he was here right on time at 8:00 am.

Can’t say enough how pleased we are with Precision. Called to have my garage door checked and serviced. Called on Monday afternoon late and Joshua was our service Tech that came on Tuesday. He called and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very professional and knowledgeable telling mr exactly what I needed. He performed a very complete and through maintenance and installed new rollers. Can’t belive how quite the door is. He realigned all the rails and repaired some really poor “new” installation from previous install. Highly recommend Precision and ask for Joshua...great guy and great work! Definitely will use them and recommend to my neighbors.
