Jeremy very helpful and explained the lubrication of the springs and hinges and what to listen to if there is a problem. I thought they were getting a little noisy, but Jeremy said the were good. He sprayed the springs and checked other things out. Plus he was here right on time at 8:00 am.

Can’t say enough how pleased we are with Precision. Called to have my garage door checked and serviced. Called on Monday afternoon late and Joshua was our service Tech that came on Tuesday. He called and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very professional and knowledgeable telling mr exactly what I needed. He performed a very complete and through maintenance and installed new rollers. Can’t belive how quite the door is. He realigned all the rails and repaired some really poor “new” installation from previous install. Highly recommend Precision and ask for Joshua...great guy and great work! Definitely will use them and recommend to my neighbors.

My doors was installed last Friday. The installer did a super job. He started and did not stop until he was finished. He showed me everything he had installed and showed how to work the new doors. I give him A++. Aaron Moody

Kevin did a great job of installing a replacement garage door opener for us. He presented us with the options available for door openers, we chose what we wanted and he went right to work installing the system. He was professional, friendly and efficient and also offered advice. I will use Precision again should the need arise.

My appointment was said to be between 10 and 2pm, Josh called at 1:20 and arrived about 1:40. He reviewed the door and presented a estimate. I approved work and he worked quickly to get everything done. He explained the warranty and the fact we get a little extra for being a return customer. Great gob Josh and Precision door

Both garage doors stayed in the up position and sensors were inoperable, so I called Precision. Brandon was my tech and resolved the problem within mins. Sensors were inop because of a power outage and recommend replacing a panel before it got worse. He was very professional, down to earth and honest. He mentioned multiple options to tackle the problem and got in a work order. I will definitely recommend him and the company to family and friends.

Our door was having issues & I called this morning to schedule a repair. I was told that Dustin would be in my area between 10 & 2 today & would call me when he was heading my way, which he did. He determined the problem immediately & repaired the door quickly. I was VERY impressed with him & the work. I definitely recommend Precision Door for all garage door needs. This isn't my first time calling & having excellent results with them!!

My call for a quote was quickly answered and a tech came out on Tuesday. The price quoted was good - and an appointment for installation was set for Wednesday! I was very pleased with Josh explaining the problem with my garage door not functioning properly. He changed the motor and other necessary parts as needed. He programmed my new openers, explained what had been done, and answered all the questions I had.
