I chose yall because my friend suggested you. Yall came out and told me I needed a couple things fixed. Examined my garage door opener and t old me I needed a new one for 842.00. The bill was going to be 1600. I realized I had a warranty so opener was removed. Came back and said I needed a long holder that cranks the door up. I was charged 300 for 10 wheels and then springs and then the pole, was 800+. What was interesting is a company came out and said there was nothing wrong with the opener just needed to be reset. It opens just fine now. Guy did great work, think this supervisor was getting him to hustle us. So beware.

Great job on installing my opener!! But not great double charging my card!!!! Talked someone today about fixing it and she was supposed to text me the information about reimbursement I still haven’t gotten a response!!!! I’m not happy with the end result of this purchase. I would not recommend you to anyone I know. it has to do double charges on my credit card fix or I will depute all charges and you can come take it back.

Precision and Derek were awesome! The website made it very easy to book online and had many times available. My apt time was between 2-6. I received a call from Derek around 1:50 and he said he was 20 minutes away. Discussed what the issue was and the costs and our door was fixed within the hour. Derek was very nice, personable and knowledgeable!

Mr. Huggins did a superb job fixing my garage door. The right side of my garage door came off the rail. He installed two torsion spring to support the weight of the garage door. He replaced the torsion cable and the rollers. He programmed and put in a new keypad. Opening and closing my garage door is a lot quieter. Highly recommend this company.
