We had just had the springs on our garage door replaced in July. The door squeaked terribly afterward. I saw an ad in the Local Flavor magazine for noisy garage door silenced for $89.00. Although, that offer was not what was needed at our home. The technician was knowable and diagnosed and did a total overhaul on the moving components that opened our door. It was expensive and more than I had budget for. Overall I am satisfied so far.

Very customercentric. They checked on my service as soon as I confirmed I accept their service. The gentleman that installed the two doors was OUTSTANDING. He cleaned his area and double checked to ensure no trash was left on the floor.

Edward has always done a great job. He really cares about the customer. He looked at our situation and gave us our options. We took his advice as we always have. He and Carlos worked tirelessly to complete the job in the same day. My wife commented to our daughter, "I love our new openers. They are so quiet." Our daughter just had theirs replaced and she said they are this quiet. Thanks for the great work and the great price. Edward and Carlos are the best.

found in on the google search. Had a good experience. The guy could not come on Friday afternoon as the last job took way too long. He notified me so i called and got another appointment for Saturday. The guy called earlier in the morning saying he is coming but realized that he called by mistake. Called back and let me know the expected time of arrival. He did a good job. found the problems and fixed them in a courteous manner. Good service. ****1/2

Ed with Precision Overhead Garage came out to service the broken belt and other items on my garage door. Ed has the BEST customer service personality. He was nice was able to get me an even better estimate and he did so with a smile, something you don't always see these days. Also, because of his recommendations, I plan to have him come out to complete other services that need to be done in the future. I wasn't crazy about paying a service fee, but this company is worth it plus the service fee is applied to the work.

I contacted Precision via their chat service online and I spoke with Amy. She was knowledgeable and answered my questions. I able to get an appointment the very next day. Ed was the technician that came out, he was early, which I appreciated. Ed was very professional and courteous. He explained all of my options and then I decided to purchase a new opener. Within a couple of hours my opener was installed. At the end, I was even surprised with a military discount. Precision is top knotch and I will continue to use them in the future.

The communication is great when you are a new customer and making an order, they are prompt to make an appointment for new business. But it's been hard trying to get a follow-up appointment with this company. We paid $650 for repairs, the person that was out there said that the company will make a follow-up appointment very quickly and will have you taken care of. This was Friday, I still haven't received a phone call. Every time I call the business they say that there are no repairmen available. But they were readily available upon the initial call. My recommendations is to only pay for the same day repairs and if you have to have a follow-up appointment then pay half and then pay the remainder after the repairs are done.

Thank you for your review - whenever a customer is not able to give us a 5 star review, or are not completely happy with their experience we do look into the situation and the circumstances surrounding the issue. What we found is the service call and the order for the parts were all done on Friday, February 1st and on Monday the 4th the appointment for the actual repair was scheduled for Friday the 8th (we had to allow time to receive all the parts needed). We are not sure how the appointment for the 8th, was created in our system on the 4th, without your knowledge. It seems there must have been a miscommunication somewhere. We sincerely do not see how we could have possibly communicated any faster since our office is not open over the weekend.
