Ryan was my service tech. He called me twice to let me know his approximate time of arrival. Ryan was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the products and warranties. Ryan performed a thorough inspection and gave me several options for the level of repairs. When I approved the repair statement he went right to work. He did a complete overhaul of my 15 year old door and replaced the opener in about 2 1/2 hours. So glad I found this company.

I found Precision through TV ads and decided to give them a try. Very Easy to business with, scheduling and the Service Manager, RoyAmerine, performed our service above and beyond what was required. His customer service and knowledge of their products was excellent. We called for a simple service but needed much more and like the replacement of our motor and rebuild on one garage door - he serviced all three and found two was very dangerous and needed immediate attention - we went from loud, noisy garage doors to quiet and safe doors. we will enjoy the changes and have them on speed dial for future needs. My sister has already scheduled her service as well. Two new customers in McDonough area. Hope she gets Roy too!!!

I had issues with the garage door sometimes not opening all the way. Made an appointment for same day service, and they were here when promised. Roy, was my service tech who greeted me, at the door. I explained the problem, and he gave me options, and prices. I agreed to Roy's recommendations, and he commenced with the work in a timely, and efficient manner. That's again Roy, for job well done. My door works better now, then when it was new.

Tim was on time! Great 1st impression in todays world!! He was very knowledgeable about the process and explained what he was going to do in laymen terms. Handled the repairs in a timely manner. Would recommend Precision Garage again and while I hope I do not need them again, I will certainly use if needed. Service is the key and you exceeded my expectations here.

The service is good, but I had an appointment for anytime between noon and 4pm; the technicican did not show up untii after 6pm.

On Friday, May 4th Ed Davis & Roy came to check out what turned out to be a minor with my garage door. The called to let me know they were on their which was exactly what I had requested. While here I asked that they check out garage door completely which they did and then I asked them to make repairs to make sure it was in good working order for the future which could prevent problems later. I appreciate their concern and thoroughness taken to help me. Thanks to you all. (Had advertisement on for several years in case I needed it-saw in Henry Co. coupons where you advertise).

These people operate their business like no other businesses today. They actually do what they say they will do! They stand behind their work and do not complain or put you off if follow up work is needed. A warranty to them actually means WARRANTY and they do not try and hit you up with extra charges. Will alway use them now for any door work needed!

I was extremely happy with the service! My garage door opener died on a Saturday, I got on your web site, opened the chat window, and arrangements were made for a service person to come by Monday morning. Alan got there early, was very polite and professional, a credit to your company. However just as he got started, he had to leave, an emergency at home. Shortly after he left, Joe showed up to finish the work, again, couldn't ask for a more polite and helpful person, he did the installation, and got everything set up and running. Truly a great service, highly recommend. Thank you for having such a wonderful company, and such a great and helpful staff!

Technician was obviously well trained, professional and courteous. Arrived a little late but that is the way life goes, was not a big deal!!. service made up for it. I would definitely recommend this company. He lisetned to what was going on and performed an assessment. He made recommendations and reflected positves and negatives and cost analysis.
