Very pleased with the installation of the new garage door. Both men were professional, well organized, and kept the area free and clear of debris while working. One panel delivered with a dent so an new panel was ordered for replacement. Overall, they did an awesome job and communicated effectively during and after the installation

The technician that came out did a great job. The issue was the installer that originally installed the opener left one important item out - battery for the battery backup. Not sure how this happened with an experienced installer but it did. Since the initial installation we have had to call Precision back twice now. One time to fix the security lights because the door would not close and the next time to install the battery that should have been installed at time of installation. Never rec'd a good explanation of why the battery was forgotten when we purchased a unit that had battery backup.

Precision offers same day repairs, shows up for appointments on time, does the repair work needed without unnecessary excess, inspects the condition of the door and lets you know any other issues that may be upcoming, very courteous staff and techs, and they get FIVE stars from us!

We rec'd a quote in the morning and the new opener was installed that afternoon. Installed was complete in less than 45 minutes. We had a small hiccup with the pricing which was quickly resolved the next morning when we talked with Shawn. We love the opener with the motion detector. The car linking was very easy and worked the first time. We selected Precision based on their reviews. They were 5 stars.

As new home owners, when the garage door broke we didn't really know where to start. Our total experience with Precision was amazing! I could use the chat function to set up the appointment and they answered within minutes. The tech, Joe, was great and outlined multiple ways to fix the issue with the cost breakdowns. Work was completed in an hour or so. Would highly recommend!

You were right in your estimate, unfortunately it was not your company. It seemed that your rep was focused more on selling us more options than doing a repair. The other company that did the repair had installed new springs 4 years ago. You rep did not really examine the springs. He was more into selling fear. Your obviously large but in my experience is not customer focused.

Had a damaged door evaluated to determine if it had to be completely replaced or just a few panels. Shaun was highly professional and very knowledgeable. He gave options on how to correct the problem and explained the pros and cons. Very efficient process from start to finish. I trusted the reviews online and am pleased with the results. If you are seeking help with a garage door, I highly recommend this company. They are honest.

So happy to see Joe has joined Precision. He had come to fix a problem when he was with Overhead. Great guy. Helped me clear access to the unit as I have a severe heart condition and cannot lift. Joe explained the options simply and straightword. No “hard sell”. Based on his recommendation we went with a new motor instead of a re-build that might be less reliable. Hopefully our garage problems are over but if we need to, we’ll call Precision. We’re also posting this 5 star feedback on our Neighborhood Nextdoor site.
