Absolutely fabulous experience. I would highly recommend. Brandon was our Sales/Tech rep and he had me sold in 5 minutes simply due to his personality and honesty. He identified the problem with the garage unit, provided options and associated costs. At no time did I feel pressured to buy or upgrade. He completed the new unit within time frame he stated. After completion, he walked me through what he changed. Brandon made the whole experience, seriously, a pleasant one.

Our experience with Precision Door was excellent. The salesman Orion was very thorough and followed up to see if I had any additional questions. Something a competitor failed to do. The installation was perfect and the installer Jeff was very knowledgeable and once again thorough and detail oriented. The doors are beautiful and Precision was excellent to work with.

I was very pleased with the work performed today. Both of these gentleman were professional and did a great job. I was a bit worried when they told me the problem, but I am completely in agreement that it needed to be fixed. My door is so very quiet now!! And hopefully they bought me some more time with my motor. Anyway, cleaned up their mess and I felt like the charge was very fair. I think they may have fixed another problem with the door being lowered a bit more. Very happy!!

Fantastic service! Very punctual and knowledgeable about assessing the problem. The technician was not overbearing in trying to sell,service or parts that were not necessary. This is what I call customer service -- in this case, Precision Door has delivered outstanding customer service. A bit over 2 years ago, I had Precision Door install two new garage door openers. For some reason, the batteries for the backup function were never installed. This became apparent this past weekend when we had a power outage and the garage doors would not open. I called Precision Door two days ago, they showed up today and fixed the issue from back then, without a charge. I am a very happy customer and will recommend this company without hesitation.

He gave ne a courtesy call before arriving, showed up on time, did excellent work, showed me how everything operated...and he even synced my car to the new garage door opener. I wasn't able to call for a repair until the afternoon after work, but much to my surprise, someone was here within an hour of my call. My spring was broken, but my motor was aging as well, so within a couple of hours I was back in business! Not only was I provided a discount for the amount of work that I had done, but the technician walked me thru connecting the opener to my car, setting up my new keypad and downloading the app that I can use to open and close my door as well. The service was outstanding in every way. I will not hesitate to call again. Thank you!

Josh was great. Fast and efficient. He explained why the door was not working properly and showed me the reasons for the issues. He gave me an idea on the time needed for the repairs and had everything working sooner than estimated. Thankfully the garage door is working properly again. I'll definitely use Precision Garage Door the next time my garage door needs servicing or repairs.
